I just bought the bundle yesterday. Exe wouldn't run for any of the related products (Md, Sa, Ds), saw online that restarting my PC could help, so new day, still won't run. I tried a few things for force opening exe files, still nothing. Link to process I followed below.

I tested with other exe files and they function just fine. So clearly something is wrong on Adobe's side.

I've had the adobe cc before and photoshop, after effects, and premiere pro all downloaded no problem.

I need to solve the problem within the 14 day return window in case I need to get  a refund. I don't want to pay for a product that won't function

After a lot of trial and error I found the problem.

Imagine my surprise that none of the "download" buttons worked from the email that they sent me for my purchase... when all that I needed was to download the Creative Cloud app that was nowhere to be found in any of their emails.

Installing the products from there worked fine. Sorry for the confusion. Hopefully this helps someone eventually because I don't know what Adobe is doing not sending the one thing you needed an email for
