Warp projection in 2d mode

Hi I need a warp projection that works in the 2d uv window so I can warp textures to match new uvs.

Thanks for the suggestion.

The Warp Projection heavily relies on info from the 3D view, so you currently can't edit this projection through the 2D view. We are aware that this is an expected feature, but nothing to share for now.
