After Export via Media Encoder, no changes saved

I just found out that after I export a Premiere Timeline via Media Encoder in a Premiere Team Project, Premiere doesn't keep the changes I make to the edit after the export. I loose all work after the export. Wich is crazy frustrating. I figured out to quit Premiere while ME is exporting (or after) and then continue my edits to make sure my changes are getting saved.

It needs to be fixed. Loosing work is bad when you're on a deadline.
