Essential Graphics offline in team project when opened on another device

We're postproduction team with several editors working with team projects and we save our files in the creative cloud.
Unfortunatly every time another editor opens the project on his computer all essential graphics are offline even if they are all shared for every editor. Is there a possibility to save them in the same folder in the cloud, so that we don't have to recreate them when changing the editing device?
