Questions for you -
1) Are you able to import the offending clip(MVI_8568.MP4) into the project (File // Import)
2) Was MVI_8553.MP4 also displaying a file import failure?
3) Are other collaborators that are working on this team project observing the same issue? Are they windows also?
4) Do you have the same issue importing from a different file location like a network share or local hard disk?
