Hi Rachel,
You can view and recover previous Versions/Auto-Saves via the Media Browser: View auto-saves and versions of Team Projects.
Could you invite me to the project in case you still have problems?

The exact same thing just happened to me, and the sequence I worked on is also empty in all auto-saves and versions. I'm screwed, right?

"New" ... which versions of PrPro are you and the others on the TP working in?

What type of CC licenses do you have? Individual or Enterprise?

And of course, has the originator 'shared' their changes? As if they haven't, you won't see what they've done. TP doesn't show any work until it is 'shared' by the person doing it.

My whole Team Project just got wiped for no reason. I was exporting my timeline, Premiere crashed. Restarted and the Team Project was EMPTY. Timeline had no more clips on it. I'm not talking about clips that are empty, no, the ALL the clips were GONE. Anywhere I can recover my project and timeline?

There are regular backups on their CC cloud ... so you should also be able to get to those as noted in my earlier post.

Sorry for your trouble with Team Projects. Have you already tried to see if you can recover an Auto-Saved version of your timeline as Neil suggested - View versions of team projects?

Best,

Hi There, is there any solution for this problen? All the many hours of work seems lost because the Teams Project just shows an empty timeline? Why is this happening? Why this "feature"? Please let me know if somebody has a workaround. Thanks,

Hi,
When you say 'empty', is the Team Project panel entirly blank or is the media there but offline?
If it's blank, can you make sure the Team Project owner has already shared the changes with you (Edit > Team Projects > Share My changes...). You in turn would need to get these latest changes once they're shared.

You have to add the media assets from the Edit/Team Projects Media Management dialog. It's very different than the normal process.

And it is often best to have the exact folder structure for all media assets duplicated on the local machine, with all media inside the same folders as on the original or "owner" machine/file system. Most dropbox type services cannot provide anywhere near the speed of file transfer needed for working in an editing app like Premiere, with the large video files we so often have.

A partner and I are currently working with the LucidLink service to utilize shared storage and access, and that actually seems to work with online storage. He's in Cape Town, I'm in Oregon, our files are in London ... and we seem to be able to mostly work as though the files were local.
