You can add the effects to the whole track using the track mixer but I'm not sure if this will help with the denoiser problems. I would use Audition.

Ah, you're on a MAC, AVI is a native Windows format. Quicktime is the MAC equivalent.

You have to do modify clip before you add it to a timeline. If you have done this, if you want to dropbox a sample of the file I will take a look.

You may have to crop the image on V2, nest it, and then apply the motion and scaling to the nest. This will stop the crop moving as you add the motion effects.

You can adjust the rotation of a picture using the fixed motion effects, one rotated you will have to change the scale to lose the black borders to the picture.

I have never tried it but can you import Illustrator files retaining the layers into Photoshop and then import the psd into Premiere?

Just a couple of observations. You have a 24p preset but I can see a 25 frame rate box checked, also the pixel size is non standard for 720p.The uncompressed box I checked is only for the audio the video is H264, I have tried various alternatives with my export and I can't get your error report. I'm on V8.0.1 I see you're on a later version, not sure if that makes a difference.

First make a sequence to match your footage. In the project panel right click the video file and select 'new sequence from clip'. Then delete the video in the sequence. You now have an empty but correct sequence. Go to your edited sequence and lasso select all the clips then right click copy. Open your empty sequence and paste the clips.
