Hi Lasanthah42306230, Apologies for the late response. I checked the file at my end and reproduced the issue, seems to be working well. Please try the following steps and this may resolve the issue at your end: Go to Edit>Preferences Under "Forms>Highlight color option, uncheck the box that says "Show border hover color fields" And then see if it works for you. Hi Jorgeb62337206, "Access denied" means that there could be possibly some sort of permission issues with the file, so i would suggest you to check the permissions of that file for your user id. For the same please follow the steps below and see if it works: Right click on that file Go to "properties>security tab" Press "continue" In the "permissions for MyFile.pdf" dialog, press "Add" In the "Select Users or Groups" dialog, press "Advanced" The next dialog that pops up is also named "Select Users or Groups". Press "Find Now" Scroll down the list of search results until you find your username Double click on your username and press OK in the "Select Users or Groups" dialog Press OK in the "Permissions for MyFile.pdf dialog and hit ok If the issue still persists, please cshare a screenshot of the error you get and also confirm if it happens with other files too. Hi Shonb23237098 Please confirm if the file is signed by somebody else and to check the same you may follow the steps below: Go to Certificates, open the document Click on the "Signature Panel" that appears on top right corner You will be able to see the list of signatures on that document If you recognize the signature you may "right click" on it And then "clear signature" If the document is signed by somebody else you will have to check with them to clear the signature. Also you can check and Go to "document properties" by right clicking on the document. Under "security" tab, check for various options under 'security method" and see if the document is password encrypted at the time when the document was initially created. If that would be the case, you would not be able to override the security and so you will have to contact the creator of the document. Let me know if you need more help. Thanks, Supriya

Hi Wschlesinger, Please try the steps below : Go to Tools> Certificates and open the PDF In the Certficates panel above, click on "Digitally Sign" and click Ok It will then ask you to drag your mouse and draw the area where you would like the signature to appear After selecting the desired area, you will get a dialog box with an option "Appearances" and you can click on "Create" to choose the desired settings for your signature appearance. Hi Lynda, Assuming you are referring to deleting or removing a Digital Id, please follow the steps below: Go to Edit> Preferences> on the menu bar Choose "Signatures" Click on "More' by 'Identities and Trusted certificates' option Click once on the Digital Id you intend to remove and select "Remove Id" Click Ok at the next prompt to confirm deletion. Hi OpaO, The text added in a Comment has always been displayed either when you hover over that comment box or if you click on it and you can see it on the right side of the comment text box, as you mentioned. Plus, on a document where a product with an earlier version was used to create that PDF and if anyone opens the commented PDF while offline and those comments were not saved, will see that all comments have been deleted. You may refer to the link below for more information: Comments missing or PDF review hangs in Acrobat or Reader 11.0.09 Please confirm since when have you been experiencing the change. Hi Donw6136185 Please note that Adobe PDF Printer functionality to create PDF Files is only available with Adobe Acrobat ( paid version) and not Adobe Reader (free version). And since you have already tried the repair and installation and un installation, please try the manual installation steps below: 1. Click Start> Control Panel> Devices and Printers 2. Select Add a printer 3. Select Add a local printer 4. Check Use an existing port and select Documents\*.pdf (Adobe pdf) from the drop down. Click Next 5. Click the Have Disk button 6. Click the Browse button 7. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86\Adobe\Acrobat|Xtras\Adobe PDF 8. Select AdobePDF.inf from the list, then click the OK button 9. You will see many Adobe PDF Converters in the list, however count six down from the top and click Next ( you may need to try this numerous times to find the correct Converter from the list that works with your version of windows) 10. Name your printer, eg. Adobe PDF 11. Follow the rest of the prompts and your PDF printer should be installed. Let me know if the issue still persists. Thanks, Supriya
