@VivienneWynthorn looks like you have HDR enabled on Windows 11, right-click on the Photoshop.exe or shortcut and go to the compatibility tab and enable this option

@michaelm101 there is no such thing as PS 365, what exact version are you referring too, also what type of images are you trying to open, ACR can be accessed from the Filter menu in Photoshop, or if you're opening RAW files they should open directly in Adobe Camera RAW
