If you double click on the photos in the project panel they should appear in the source monitor. The pictures will come in to the timeline at their original size. You can try doing a right click and doing a "set to frame size." If the picture is not the same aspect ratio (the same sized rectangle) you can either scale them larger so that they fill the screen (which will cut off part of your picture) or you can go to the project panel and click the new item icon (white page with corner turned) and create black video. In the timeline you can place the picture in a higher video track (say V3) and the black video underneath it (say V2.) This will fill the area around the picture with black. If you're happy with the way the picture and the black video look together you can select both the picture and black and do a right click/nest. Not sure why this is happening but in order to get your video out you may want to try exporting from Adobe Media Encoder. You can go to the top of the interface and go to Composition/Add to Adobe Media Encoder Que. Then export from there. Hope that this helps. ... View more

I would recommend downloading Media Encoder. If you don’t have a single license subscription this should be an option. After you downlad AME you would click queu in the export panel. I think that you mean the opacity line. First I would go to the wrench (settings) in the timeline, click and confirm that "video keyframes" is selected. if that is what you mean you can take your mouse  to the black line between where you see V1 and V2. You can also use the pen tool to draw a mask line. Select the layer, of the street and draw the line with your pen tool. Then use the stroke effect. I agree with key framing opacity. If you set up 2 keyfames 1st at 0 and the 2nd at 100% then select them both and right click toggle hold keyframe then the image will appear instantly. If you set another opacity keyframe as hold down the timeline and set it for 0% then that will immediately flash off. You can also hold keyframe for position. I'd ask your client to compress the folder before uploading it to Sharepoint. They should first copy the main folder/folders on to their computer.  Then they can right click on the folder/compress and then upload the compressed file. After you download it from Sharepoint you would do a right click to uncompress it or unzip it (if on Windows you would need to have downloaded winzip.) Not the full player installation because of security reasons: You can find it at this link https://support.apple.com/kb/dl837?locale=en_US Then: Click on the Next button on the first page on the installation wizard. Accept the License Agreement. Select Custom install Only enable QuickTime Essentials. Disable everything else. Now you will be on the Destination Folder page. Uncheck the boxes for Install Desktop shortcuts and Automatically update QuickTime and other Apple software Click on the Install button. The installation will now begin. Click on the Finish button.
