I'm assuming that they cropped this picture from a full picture. You can take the full picture in to the timeline then select it then drag the rectangle tool to crop the picture. You could then make duplicates of the cropped picture by selecting it in the timeline and pressing cmd D (mac) or ctrl D (windows.) On the boys there is a change to color effect  will let you select the shirt color and change it to another color. On the flowers it's hard to say without seeing the original picture but the 3rd effect could be done with the colorize sepia effect The 4th effect you can use the leave color effect. In the effect controls panel take the eyedropper on color to leave and click on the red of a flower/change match colors to using hue/take amount to de-color to 100% and adjust the tolerance as desired. ... If using legacy title do as Ann suggests. If you created the text with the type tool from the tool bar in the latest version of Premiere you can have the title selected in the timeline and go to the top of the screen graphics/Export and motion graphic template and follow the steps. Then go to window/essential graphics/browse and your title should be visible. You would then drag your title from the Essential Graphics panel in to your timeline in whatever project you need it. ... This is very strange because you shot your video landscape. I can tell by the info in the project panel. you may want t minimize After Effects and see if the video plays in landscape mode outside of After Effects. Go to the file outside of AE and double click on it and see if it plays properly. If not you may want to update your video drivers and check your hardware hookup. Not a huge Illustrator person either but I think that you would have to combine all of the elements of each person on to it's own layer inside of illustrator and then take the illustrator file in the AE. Example body, head, legs of the person on to one layer. I'd find a base layer of the person (body for example) in the layer panel then select another layer that makes up the person with the direct select tool. There should be a colored square when you select that item. Drag the colored square up to the base layer until that person is complete on its own layer. Save as an AI and bring it in to AE as a composition. That person and all of the details should be its own layer. In AI you'd have to make each person one layer. Hope that this helps. ... View more

As far as text goes. If you wan't orbiting text  you can use the CC Sphere Effect. Type in your text and treat your text. Click the 3d switch on your text (cube. in the timeline) Apply the CC Sphere Effect to your text. In Effect Controls you can adjust the radius of the text to get the size of the orbit you want. In Effect Controls twirl open rotation Y and keyframe the rotation. It will now be orbiting in front of your image. Then duplicate your orbiting text (cmd/D or Ctrl/D) and place the duplicate under your image. On the top layer of text in Effect Controls change the render settings to outside.
