Is there version of Pantone color library the same as yours? If not, then that is the culprit. The Pantone company tweaked their color swatches and the latest Pantone color libraries are their digital standard.

It would be best to look up tutorials on how to create curved type, how to draw ellipses and use drop shadows effects, or gradient mesh, as well as how to use 3D extrude function. There are many help documents in Illustrator that can guide you, too. Take the time to learn the tools and practice, practice, practice.

You can find the grid options by going to your View menu, selecting Define grid, or selecting one of the predefined options such as 1 point, 2 point, or 3 point perspective. The Define grid option allows you to input particular grid measurements and other criteria.

Sometimes when objects are grouped, they do not show a transparency. Try ungrouping the objects and you might see underlying transparencies. I wish Illustrator was more intuitive so that one doesn't have to drill down to the basic ungrouped shape to find transparency effects.

Can you zoom way into your project to see if the hairline appears there? I suspect that maybe your image was mirrored, but not perfectly lined up at the seam. Perhaps you can nudge one of the mirrored layers to close the gap.

You know what is interesting? I don't see PDF import options dialog box pop up in Illustrator 2020 to ask which page I'd like to import, it opens all of them instantly. Did Adobe do away with the PDF import dialog box in 2020 version? Aside from that, if I make any changes to the multi artboard file, then hit only "save", I can indeed see the multiple pages when opening the PDF in Adobe Acrobat afterward.

Yes, you can actually convert back and forth from point text to area text. First, select the text, then make sure your bounding box is showing. In the far right of the bounding box you will see a small circle (to the right of the middle bounding box point). Double-click the circle. It toggles to changes to area text or point text.

When I create or duplicate artboards, then the layers panel displays sublayers for each art board and I am able to individually change the content/colors on them. If you don't see sublayers, then perhaps go to the panel options in your layers panel and make sure "Top Level Only" is deselected.

This is a known bug. Usually quitting and relaunching resolves it. Some users have used the shape tool to draw a box, and perform an undo and it goes away.

Usually stock art of company logos do not contain actual fonts. You would need to find a similar font and type it out.

Since you aren't using complicated graphics or large AI files (I assume), then you would probably want a powerful CPU, not GPU.

I agree with Monika that you need to contact the printer. When it comes to large format printing, it depends on how the images are viewed (super close up, or if they will be far away, such as on a billboard, or viewing from 2 feet away. The further away the person will be standing from the wallpaper means that you won't have to use really crisp high resolution imagery. The printer should be able to provide guidance by understanding how far away a person will be when viewing it.

Are you sure this isn't a screen redraw issue? Does it print out that way? Try going to your view menu and selecting "GPU Preview". Does that help the letters appear correctly?

First, fill your art or pieces of art that need the halftone effect first with a gradient fill. Next, choose the Effect menu, select Pixelate, then "Color Halftone". You can play around with the radius and angles to achieve the result you want.

You could select it in Illustrator, then go to Object menu and select "rasterize". This will turn it into a pixelated/embedded image.

Are you sure you have links within your Illustrator document? Look at the links panel, are any images embedded? If they are embedded, then packaging the file will not save out any links.
