I read the same thing on older forum post regarding color picker. You don't have to grant access if you don't care to use the color picker to choose colors from other app windows.

When I create something like this, I make sure to choose the far right icon "align to path" in the blending options. Then after replacing the spine, I take my scissors tool and cut one of the points on the circle. This will distribute the lines all the way around the ellipse.

Yes, that is the default behavior for symbol instances. You can select that one symbol, however, and on the symbol panel hamburger menu, select "break link to symbol". Then any change you make to it only happen to that one symbol instance.

Is there a bounding box around your objects? What if you hide your bounding box (View...Hide Bounding Box), then try to move your objects by dragging the edge?

Do you have a duplicate copy of the shapes beneath the top ones? I would suggest using the reflect tool from the tools panel. Select your artwork to mirror, then with the reflect tool selected, click a point at which you want to reflect around, then hold down your shift key and move it to the right or left, and release it when the reflect is complete. Next, you could use the paint bucket tool to colorize your artwork.

If I'm understanding correctly, your goal is to have the bear filled with various triangle gradients? Group the gradients together. Send them to the Back of the bear shape. Select the bear shape, make sure it has no fill or stroke and that it is truly on top of the grouped gradients. Now select the bear and gradients and create a mask.

Illustrator does have a live paint bucket tool. It's nested with the shapebuilder tool on your tool palette.
You would need to outline the font first, then use the paint bucket to fill in the center part of the letters with a different color, then you could expand and ungroup to play around with changing colors on the letters or dropshadow area, or add different color strokes to the top letters etc.

If starting from scratch, I would have suggested making the company logo into a symbol. Then, all of your symbol instances could get updated at the same time after editing the symbol.

select your artboard tool and them perform a select all to select all of your artboards, then type in the new dimensions and it will apply to all of them.

Are you saving it with a lower resolution, like 150 dpi? You wouldn't need a 300 dpi for a banner.

OK, I think I might have figured out a way. This is based on if you have two returns after a paragraph instead of one. Make sure your hidden characters are showing in your text. Now select only the paragraph symbol immediately following the end of a word, plus the extra paragraph symbols below them and copy them (you should have copied 3 paragraph symbols). Now open up your find and replace window in Illustrator, and paste that in the find field. It will appear blank. That is ok. Now in the Replace With field type a space, then type "^n^n" without the quotation marks. Click Find, then "Replace All".

In my opinion, I think centering of any font must be based on a mathematical calculation and en or em spaces. The center line would somehow have to appear at an angle instead of straight up and down. But all text boxes begin with a bounding box, so it seems that to apply a font to a circular shape would mean the ibeam would not be perfectly straight up and down. If you note the bottom tail of your "t", it looks to be touching the centerpoint of the circle, whereas the crossed part of the "t" falls short.

Take your direct select tool and select the clipping path, open your appearance panel to see if it has a drop shadow effect. If so, delete the drop shadow from it.

With your guides set to "unlocked", you can draw a vertical and/or horizontal guide randomly, then select the guides and the object, and you can use the align panel to center them horizontally and/or vertically.

Can you look at the file properties? Is it set to read-only?
Were you downloading the file? Sometimes an error can happen if someone tries opening the file when it wasn't through downloading.

The drop shadow was expanded, therefore, it is not text. You would need to delete the drop shadow "shapes", and then apply a brand new drop shadow effect to your new text.
