Hi , Because I found information as link:https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/add-fonts.html?fbclid=IwAR3MPWIy0J_xh7cuEVnFJLnEwoijQmG2YUqDGI59pF2LfS4P_2w13vDt4-Q#UseAdobeFontswhileoffline , it found information as below. If you launch the Creative Cloud desktop app while offline, fonts won't display in the font lists of your apps. However, if you go offline while the Creative Cloud desktop app is running, activated fonts will still be listed and available to use. But when I try it , it fail to work while the internet is not accessable, what does it mean at the previous descibe.Thanks a lot.

Hi, I face one condition, one file can not open by adobe professional 8, but it can by adobe reader dc or adobe profession2017 or more new version. When I open it by adobe professional 8 , it show message as listed as below There was an error opening this file, acrobat could not decrypt this file Because product security issue, I can not remove security setting from the file, is there suggestion which I can open it by adobe professional 8? Dear all, I think it's ok when multiple users use adobe app, such as illustrator , photoshop at the same computer, if they don't sign out adobe app. But I don't know it's legal or not. It's the same work status although multiple users open adobe app at the same computer at the same time.

Dear Support Team, After use adobe professional to open file which contained form inside, it show message as listed as below: This PDF form requires a newer version of Adobe acrobat . Without a newer version, the form may display, but may not work properly. Some form elements might not visible at all. Click Yes.... I understand it mean the computer's adobe professional version is older, but when I open it with adobe reader , it does not show any message. Can I ignore the message or use another way to open it by older version adobe professional. Thanks a lot
