Obviously the item you're dragging into the panel is way bigger than the symbol you want to export. You might want to read the documentation on how to select objects. How to make selections in Illustrator

You need to select the artwork and then drag it into the Asset export panel. The panel can be found in the Windows menu.

Font management would be something like Suitcase. But since you don't know of it, I doubt you have it installed. For Illustrator it's not only important that there are no duplicate fonts. Also the total number of installed fonts and if they are OK. That is: fonts need to be perfect for Illustrator. Many free fonts are not. About the printer: is it set up as the standard printer? Illustrator needs to be able to find it immediately. Are all your user privileges checked and OK? Are you logged in as Admin?

CS6 was so long ago. At some time there has been a bug in this sizing function. I have version 16.2.2, which is the Cloud version of CS6. Can't try the 16.0.4

You mean Save for Web? You can just enter a new size and as soon as you click in another field, the size will be applied.

For CDR that has been the case for at least 10 years. And then version 10 has already been outdated. In case your clients have Corel Draw X5 or higher, you can advise them to save/export an AI file. Works pretty well. But actually if I would deal with CDR files regularly I would have Corel Draw myself. Same goes for CAD. Conversion functions can only work, if the manufacturer of the other software documents their file format. When they don't, you have to hack into the file and figure it out yourself, which might or might not work. Most of the time it doesn't work too well.

WHat have you changed yesterday? Did you change anything in the system? Which system is it? Did you try a restart (of the computer)? Resetting the preferences? Create a new user account on the computer and run from that one? But also: Illustrator might just be corrupted. Then you need to uninstall, run the Adobe Cleaner tool and reinstall.

BTW: there's no need to shout (write in All Caps). This is a user forum. When people have time to answer your questions and feel they can, they will do it. Shouting won't get you a quicker answer.

I don't think it's a bug. Compound shapes are live objects and their rendering is presumably just different. In your case there's no transparency involved. There are only holes in your graphic, but no transparency. Try if a compound path behaves differently.

You need to have correct base objects. You could for instance create them with Object > Path > Offset path, then use a blend.

Which system? You can try restarting the system Also try and reset the preferences How to set preferences in Illustrator If nothing helps. you might need to uninstall, run the Adobe Cleaner tool and reinstall. Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

This "Art & Illustration" document profile is a new one. It has not been there in older versions of Illustrator and to me it is highly irritating. It looks like a screen design profile, since it's an RGB profile. But maybe it's also meant for works that get printed on inkjets. Looks like it replaced the "Simple RGB". Your custom document profiles get collected in this profile, so I would guess that the conversion is just done wrong based on assumptions that are wrong as well. Which document profile had originally been assigned to your custom ones?
