A majority of the time trying to match an RGB color with CMYK is a fruitless pursuit. Usually the most vibrant colors that can be seen in the RGB color space are close to impossible to match (the term is out of gamut) using just the combination of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black that are the options available for four color process in the world of print. Moreover, it has become even more frustrating over the years to match RBG using the official CMYK breakdowns that PANTONE offers. This is because PANTONE has made a practice of changing the breakdown values over and over again without warning or notice. Depending on what version of their chart you use there can be a different end result.
Overall, I have found that when creating a job for print it is better to not look at what is available in RGB. It will only break your heart in the end.
