If you are truly trying to print to the edge of the paper you need a printer capable of borderless printing. If you don't see that setting in the printer software then it can't be done. Bob ... View more

I've seen this issue with type 1 fonts on Vista x64 and InDesign. I've had to replace those fonts with either truetype of opentype. Bitstream Charter (ships with CorelDRAW) comes to mind as one that was a problem. Swapped it with the TrueType version and voila. Bob ... View more

If the images are linked and on live pages (not the pasteboard) then there's a problem somewhere, but without seeing the file there's nothing else I can offer. I need to see the file.
