But you will have to learn how to work the tools in the software to do the zoom takes. There's no automatic tool for creating it.

It's certainly possible Adobe no longer supports the registration on such an old product. Have you contacted Adobe via chat?
Start by going to this page and clicking on the question mark icon on the top right of the page. Select Contact Us and then use the Virtual Assistant that pops up to contact Customer Care.

What does your final output look like?
Remember that even a rendered timeline is only a preview. In fact, in the program's preferences you can set the quality of the preview to a higher level if you'd like.
But what matters is what your final video looks like. If you're using 4K 30p as your source, your project settings and your output settings, your finished piece should look as good as the original.
The only qualifier is that you're using HEVC video from an iPhone, which version 2020 may struggle with.

Sorry for being a pain, but Premiere Elements doesn't work with sequences nor does it have a sequence menu along the top that I know of. Perhaps you're applying Premiere Pro solutions to the problem.

The quality of your video depends on a) the resolution of your orignal video and how closely it matches your original video, b) your project settings and c) the output resolution for your exported video. If, for instance, your original video is shot in 4K at 30p and your project settings are set up for a 4K project at 30p and you select a 4K 30p output, your finished video should look virtually identical to your original source.

Most likely you're looking at soft renders of the video, which will appear blurry when the video doesn't match your project settings.
To see a clear preview of your video, click the Render button on your timeline or press the Enter key. When the yellow or orange line along the top of your timeline turns green, you'll see a preview that's much closer to what your final output will look like.

That's a rather complicated effect involving Picture-in-Picture animations. It's certainly possible -- but I wouldn't recommend it unless you're fairly proficient with keyframing animations and creating PiP effects.

You can not edit 120 fps video natively in Premiere Elements, even if you "slow it down" to 24 fps.
If that's your intention, you'll need to use a program capable of editing 120 fps, like Premiere Pro.

You can try logging into Adobe.com. On the home page, click on your avatar in the upper right corner and select Manage Account. This will open a list of all of the products you have registered and download links to them.
Premiere Elements 2022 is listed as version 20.0.

Premiere Elements is not backwards compatible. You can't work on a project created in an older version of the program with a newer version of the project. In fact, trying to do so can often corrupt the project file.
I'd recommend completing your project 14 video in version 14 and starting new projects in version 2024.

It's not clear how you're creating your slideshow. There are both automatic and manual ways to create a slideshow in Premiere Elements. Which are you using?
If you're looking for a tool that will automatically grab freeze frames from your video and add transitions between them, try using the Candid Moments tool.

Have you tried splitting the program into two workspaces by going to Window/Dual Monitor Workspace?
This breaks the timeline into its own floating window. You can put it on one monitor and keep the rest of the interface (including a big Monitor panel) on the other.

When the pin icon on the Project Assets panel if clicked off, the panel will close as soon as you click anywhere else in the program.
When the pin is clicked on, the panel will remain open until you click on the Project Assets tab at the top left of the interface.

But if you're asking how to get a completed movie to break into individual scenes, that's just not possible. As far as any video editor is concerned, a finished, output movie is only a single clip. You have to manually cut it to insert your new scenes.
