Since it was working, it could just be a temporary thing. Or it could be that YouTube has again changed its handshake protocol and Premiere Elements can't link up. In any event, until it's fixed you can always output an MP4 of your movie and use your web browser to upload it to YouTube. I know it adds a few more clicks to the process, but at least you can still post your movies.

Are you talking about adding a pan & zoom effect over the picture or breaking the picture up into pieces and animating each part individually to create a 3D look? The former is fairly easy but the latter can be a bit advanced. Have you seen my tutorial on keyframing?

How long is the video? Are the drives that you're exporting to formatted FAT32 or NTSC? What happens if you export to your C drive?

Assuming the video you're using for your source is from the same device as your previous, successful videos, it could be a bug on the timeline. Is there a gap on your timeline? Even a small gap cause the program to throw up an error code. How long is your video? Are you exporting to your C drive or to another drive?

For what it's worth, this is a user to user forum. It's not the best way to reach Adobe. But that said, the DVD authoring features were removed several years ago -- at the same time as Adobe dropped its professional Encore disc authoring and several other companies (Sony Vegas) dropped their discu authoring. There was no effort to hide this that I could see. I even underscored it in my What's New tutorials on YouTube for version 14 back in 2015. That's not a standard video size. Are you sure it's not 3840x2160? If it is 3860x2140, that could explain why the tool is not working. Also, what are your Project Settings, as listed under the Edit menu?

Photoshop Elements does not edit video and will not edit HEVC. It should edit HEIF however. To edit HEVC, you'll need to purchase the add-on for Windows.

You do know this is a user to user forum, right? None of us have any influence on what Adobe does or does not include in its products. That said, why, if you've found software that already does what you need it to do, are you demanding Adobe add the feature to Premiere Elements? They've designed the product they want to design. No need for 360 or 3D features. Why not stick with programs like DaVinci Resolve and CyberLInk PowerDirector?

If your computer has the i7 7500U processor, the processor is 7th generation. If it has the 8550U, you have the 8th generation. But the best test is to download the free trial and see how it runs on your computer before you buy the product.

With Premiere Elements you need to set up your project settings when you first start the project. You can't really change them later. And your project settings, not your original file, will determine the best output frame rate. What are your complete project settings? What is the resolution, frame rate and origin of your original video? Did it come from a camcorder or another source?

When you play the music in the Music library, you are playing only a sample. It should only play for a moment or two. You get the complete song when you add it to your library -- so it's doing exactly what it should be doing.

Look under the Edit menu and note the Project Settings for your project. Do they match your video specs exactly (3840x2160 at 25 fps)? Did you render your timeline after you applied the stabilizer effect?

Premiere Elements can edit GoPro footage as long as it is either 3840x2160 at 30 fps or 1920x1080 at either 30fps or 60 fps. Many are successfully editing GoPro footage (including me) when the cam is set to one of these specs.

As we suspected, this is 6 channel audio. You won't be able to edit it or control the individual channels in Premiere Elements.
