Apparently an INDT format is not allowed to be saved as a Cloud document as you can see in this dialog box when I try it.

What you have created are called Document Presets. You should be able to view your Document Presets in File > Document Presets > Define. In that dialog box, you should be able to edit the names of the presets: You could preced the names with a pair of numbers in numberic order. I believe that should let you control the order.

The problem is that Distiller doesn't understand transparency. It only understands the PostScript language which never supported transparency. There's usually no reason to convert images from RGB to CMYK in Photoshop before placing in InDesign. That's also an ancient technique. Place the RGB images into InDesign and choose File > Export > Adobe PDF and export as PDF/X-4.

What kind of object(s) are you working with in InDesign? I know of no changes in the resizing features in InDesign 20.0. You might try restoring your preferences: https://www.rockymountaintraining.com/adobe-indesign-rebuilding-preferences-cache/

There is no such command in InDesign. I don't know the limitations of scripting for InDesign well enought to say it can't be done with scripting but I doubt it. Of course, it's easy in Illustrator because fundamentally it is a drawing program and InDesign is not: Object > Path > Outline Stroke.

I don't have that font but went to MyFonts, and if I picked it right, Ringo looks similar but not the same: Maybe a graphic designer created a custom font for the 2025 splash screens.

I'd agree with @defaulttvr2hdmazys4 : If the fonts are activated in Illustrator, they may not be activated: Check the InDesign Font menu and activate them if necessary.

You should try restoring your InDesign preferences in InDesign 20.0. Go to Preferences > General. At the bottom of the panel to "Reset Preferences on Quit". See if that solves the problem.

It would be good if there could be an InDesign preference to be able turn OFF the Contextual Bar (which when set with no documents open would always take effect with every new document). You can reinstall InDesign 2024 are reopen it again to work on. (Never a good idea to do an update when you're working on a critrical product.) Go to Creative Cloud desktop app > Apps section. Show All Apps.

The feature is not just in InDesign. It's at least in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. It's likely not going away because, for many people, it provides a quick contextual way of choosing common commands.\ I suggest going to the InDesign User Voice, and request a Preference to Disable the Contextual Menu so it cannot be invoked. https://indesign.uservoice.com/forums/601021-adobe-indesign-feature-requests

No problems for me. My suggestion: Restore your IinDesign preferences. The easiest way is to go to Preferences > General. At the bottom of the panel, see the button and click. Then quit out of InDesign. When you open InDesign you will have restored your preferences.
