Have you purchased subscription for any of these product or service? If you need to access forms, then you must have Acrobat installed in order to edit or perform any other function. Let me know. Hey pma4242, I could see that you have purchased annual subscription for Adobe Export PDF online service. You might need to sign in at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf" using your Adobe ID and password and upload any PDF for conversion. Then, you can download the converted file on your system as well as locate it under 'Files' menu. As you said, you are clicking 'Edit PDF' option, it seems that you are using Adobe Reader. Please choose 'Export PDF' option from Tools pane to access this service. Remember, that editing a PDF is possible with Adobe Acrobat, not Reader. Hope this information helps. Regards, Anubha

Hello brady-powertrips, Could you please check the location of "PDFMOfficeAddin.dll" file on your system. The location of this file has to be "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 11.0\PDFMaker\Office" Close outlook and the start it again. Let me know. Regards, Anubha

Hey Katja, Open a PDF and go to View menu in Acrobat/Reader. Locate the Rotate view submenu and choose either 'Clockwise' or 'Counterclockwise' to rotate the page view. This will reorient pages from portrait to landscape and vice-versa. In addition, please let me know for what Adobe online service have you subscribed for. Hi Aurelie, Firstly, you might need to sign in at "adobe.com" using your Adobe ID credentials. After you are signed in, click on your name in the navigation bar and then click 'Manage Account'. Under 'Plan & Products section', choose 'Manage Plan'. All your plan details, payments, billing history are listed on this page. To print the invoice, click on 'Print' button next to the invoice. A PDF copy of the invoice will be displayed in the next tab and this is it. Now check and let me know if you need further assistance. Regards, Anubha

Hi Anthony, Adobe Send online service works in a bit different manner. But, if you are using Adobe Reader, then you can access your local contacts list (clicking Address book link) while sending your files as that might simplify the process somewhat. Hi Robert, Could you please let me know what exactly are you trying to do. Are you using Adobe Reader or signed in at Acrobat.com? If online, then for what online service pack have you subscribed for? What kind of files are you trying to upload? Also, after signing in at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/" using your Adobe ID and password, you can click on 'Files' tab. You will find all your files, selecting any of them will show more options to delete files, download or send them, etc. as shown in the screenshot below: You can select all files you want to delete and choose 'Delete' option. Hi Michelle Dim, If you are an Adobe 'SendNow' subscriber, then you have automatically become a subscriber for 'Adobe Send' online service to send large files online at no additional cost. Please try sending other PDF files using 'Adobe Send' after signing in with the same Adobe credentials and check if it happens with all PDFs or a specific one. Hello David, As you stated about previous version, this means you are using Adobe Reader. Once you convert a file to PDF, you will find a prompt on your screen which asks you to view the file in Reader as shown below: You can either open the file in Reader and save it to the desired location or locate converted files from your online account and then download (must save to Downloads folder first). The file that you are trying to download might be of large size which is why it gets compressed as zip file. No problems, you can just unzip by right-clicking on the file icon and extract it in order to get them back in the PDF format. Also, you can check with other files as well if they convert fine as PDF or not. Regards, Anubha
