Oh thank you, thank you, so much for this. My partner and I have been saying much the same thing since we started using Generative-AI about 3 years ago. I'm utterly appalled at the "Big Brother" sensoring of my art. The fact that I can rarely use the word child without it automatically being assumed I'm trying to create something heinous is unreal. I so appreciated hearing you put into words the ideas I have had a hard time expressing.

I would like to suggest that you add the ability to see file sizes, while browsing files I have stored in creative cloud as a way to filter the files. When I am attempting clean up my Library, it would be helpful to be able to see the sizes without having to open the files in the applications because sometimes that takes a bit of time for them to download and it would be more efficient for my workflow to not have to open them.

This is still a problem for me. It happens randomly and is really freaking frustrating. I've checked the caps lock, checked the preferences and nothing is fixing it. I generally end up having to restart to make it fix and it makes me really mad because it screws up my whole creative flow.

I don't see how this is a "ccorrect" answer this does not answer the question at all. The questions were "Should I be concerned? How safe is screen sharing with a stranger? & How can I check if the app or software used to control my screen was removed? " This doesn't answer those questions. This seems like more of a general guideline for what to do in the future.

I can't see how the remote support is a third party scammer, I got to the "bomgar app" via adobe's support help pages, still I was not comfortable giving "full access" to any remote agent, even if they are affiliated with adobe. Why do they need that. Why can't I just screenshare without access and they can just walk me through whatever they think needs done. That to me is the safest way to do it. I'm also feeling really uneasy because I'm pretty sure I denied the "full access" and then told the agent in chat, that I'd have to deal with this later, but now I'm seeing that the bomgar remote download has been remvoed and I'm not real sure how that happened, because I never removed it. Is it something that only downloads temporarily while you're using it? Idk. I just know I'm not entirely happy with adobe right now. I pay a lot for these adobe products (a lot to me because I'm not yet able to make even close to a living from my work with them) and so it would be really nice if they're weren't always bugging out on me.
