This has happened for a long time now and I can't figure out why. When I click on any hyperlink in pdf Acrobat freezes (I get "not responding") and it takes 3-5 minutes and then finally opens the link. This is obviously inefficient, why is this happening? Using Acrobat Pro DC, version 2020.012.20043.

I just licensed this adobe stock 3D model for Dimension. It has an issue and won't render properly. If you apply any graphic to it that graphic appears backwards. If you render it the whole thing only comes out black. I've read that this problem is because it the file was made "inside out." https://stock.adobe.com/3d-assets/closed-dust-jacket-book-1/324077301
Is it possible to have this fixed? If not, can I be credited for the license?
