Hi There,
Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear you are facing trouble using Adobe XD.We would like to know a few more details like-
The version of XD.
The version of Win OS build which you are using(Type run in search tab present taskbar and type winver inside run: share the screenshot of it).
The version of creative cloud.
The version of Graphic driver(type dxdiag on Windows search and select the Display tab)
Are you getting any blank screen while opening XD.
Is it possible to share video of your Issue, so that we can Investigate from our end.
Also we would request you to please try the below troubleshoot steps and let us know if that works-
1. Try creating a new user account on your machine and then try to launch XD. If it works, go to the previous account-.
2. Signout of Creative Cloud Desktop app
3. End all all Creative Cloud desktop app process from task manager.
4. Uninstall XD, Creative Cloud Desktop app using the Adobe Cleaner tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html.
4. Restart the machine.
5. Install Creative Cloud, XD.
If this doesn't help, once it crashed please collect the system logs so we will make sure to report the issue for investigation. Though, we would need Adobe logs and Crash dumps of your machine for investigation purposes. Please generate the logs and upload them to a shared location such as CC or Dropbox and share the URL with us here or over a PM. We will make sure to file a feedback ticket of your machine's logs

Hi There,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear that you're having trouble in using language settings inside XD. As you have mentioned even after changing the language to english in creative cloud It still shows portuguese, this is Odd. could you please share the language of your OS ,also please try to change the language of Adobe XD with below mentioned steps.
Click on XD->Preferences->Language-> Change language to English-> Restart XD

Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear you are facing trouble using Adobe XD. After looking In to the screenshot which you have shared with us . I see creative cloud Issue so, I would request you to please try the below troubleshooting steps and let us know if that works-
1. Signout of Creative Cloud Desktop app, Adobe XD.
2. End all all Creative Cloud desktop app process from task manager.
4. Uninstall XD, Creative Cloud Desktop app using the Adobe Cleaner tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html.
4. Restart the machine.
5. Install Creative Cloud, XD.
6. Sign in back from creative cloud and launch XD
If this doesn't help, to Investigate your Issue and to understand the behaviour of your workflow.we would like to know a few more details like-
The version of XD, Creative cloud
Is it possible to share video of your Issue or published prototype link , so that we understand the workflow of your design and try to reproduce your Issue from our end.

Hi There,
Thank you for reaching out and using Adobe XD. Basically you can use guides to line up objects or manage spacing between elements on an artboard

Hi Chirag,
In addition to above comments, If you have Adobe XD on Windows and if you want to do real-time preview through USB on Android device, first you should save the document to cloud documents and then open the same document on your Android device and also please go through the above attached helpx link to understand more on mobile preview.

As of now, If your device is running Adobe XD on Windows the real-time preview through USB is not supported due to technical issues. Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear you are facing trouble using Adobe XD.Basically Only one interaction can occur at a time so if you have a time trigger and then do a hover trigger and Interaction with time trigger will get canceled. To Investigate your Issue and to understand the behaviour of your workflow,we would like to know a few more details like-

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the trouble.As you have mentioned you are stuck at loading XD shared file but In the screenshot you are trying to open shared prototype link so I assume you are having Issue while loading shared prototype link. To Investigate more on your Issue, I'd request if you can share a few more details like:
The version of Adobe XD.
Is this happening with a specific file or with multiple files?
Have you tried loading the link in any other browser?
Are you connected to a private network or managed work network? If connected to a managed network please try switching to a different network?
Will it be possible for you to share the link so that we can test it on our end?

In the screenshot which you have shared with us, I see you have opened plugins panel which is blank and Is It the same with layers panel and libraries/assets panel too?.To Investigate your Issue we would like to know a few more details like -
The version of XD.

Is it possible to share video of your Issue Including libraries/assets panel, layers panel and plugins panel too, so that we can Investigate from our end.

Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear you are facing trouble using Adobe XD. Basically you cannot update/create your private/public link to link with password after creation of link and you can only create link with password before creation of the link. Now if you need to create link with password means you need to create new link.

Thanks for reaching out and using Adobe XD. I am afraid, as of now, exporting comments/notification from the XD published prototype link is not avialable in Adobe XD. I found a similar feature request thread posted in the community forum for exporting comments feature :https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests/suggestions/32591750-easily-select-copy-paste-export-comments, also you can create new feature request in a new UserVoice request link mentioned in the above thread or you can use below link to create new feature request: https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests . Please ensure that your creative cloud and Adobe XD are up to date.
Please ensure that the core sync should be up to date. For more information about core sync and how to update it, please refer to this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/issue-saving-xd-file-creative-cloud.html
Please try signing out of Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app, close all Adobe related processes from Task manager on your Windows machine and check again after signing in on Adobe CC desktop app and launching XD from there.
If it still doesn't work, please share a screenshot of the About XD and About Creative cloud info page.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear that you facing Issue while working on stacks in XD.Basically you can enable stacks only on a group that has responsive resize enabled Inside a Repeat grid and Is it possible for you to share your working file or video of your workflow so that we can understand your Issue clearly and test it on our end?

Basically when ever you create an object/shape/path as a component you will see the green diamond on the top left side but In the screenshot which you have shared with us I see the green diamond(green dot) in the top right side of the component and In your case may be, you have rotated the component to right. Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear that you're having trouble in publishing links on shared file. As you mentioned you are working on shared XD design file so you are not actual owner of the file and I am afraid, as of now, this feature i,e allowing collaborator(other than owner) to create/ update link is not available in Adobe XD. we already have feature request on this and the feature status shows as feature started so I would suggest you to upvote this feature request: https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests/suggestions/31015357-allow-mul...
