I have also tried all of these steps with no luck on Windows 11. Nothing works, the application just quits upon opening without any kind of error code. I have also tried repairing/restarting the app with no luck. I updated my graphics driver to the latest version(nvidia 3070) with no luck.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble. I am afraid to say it's not possible. If it is a public XD link, then any user can access and comment on it. For the private link, the removed user's comments will still be visible to other users with access, and the user removed will no longer be able to access the link since it is private. You may upvote this request: https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests/suggestions/39457762-option-to-maintain-comments-pins-when-creating-new or create a new for you.

These days you can use Lottie files for that sort of animation that will play while you're doing other things and won't get interrupted by triggers etc. To create a lottie animation you need to use Adobe After Effects and a plugin called Bodymovin. You can read more about it here. When you generate a .json file from the Bodymovin plugin, you can import it into Xd and it will play or loop automatically while viewing the prototype, depending on how you set it up. You can learn more about using Lottie in Xd here.
Otherwise, the limitation of only one trigger / action happening at the same time is still here and likely to stay, so I'm afraid this is your only option 🙂

This issue has occurred for me as well. All of the audio files in the XD file's asset library are no longer displaying their titles or information. It seems as though the interactions in the protype are calling the audio files but can't find them resulting in the bottom pop up message. Luckily an older version of the file accessed through the version history still had the audio file information intact. Rolling back to that older version fixed the issue. Unfortunately, the shared file our team was working from is now useless.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the trouble.As you have mentioned you are stuck at loading XD shared file but In the screenshot you are trying to open shared prototype link so I assume you are having Issue while loading shared prototype link. To Investigate more on your Issue, I'd request if you can share a few more details like:
The version of Adobe XD.
Is this happening with a specific file or with multiple files?
Have you tried loading the link in any other browser?
Are you connected to a private network or managed work network? If connected to a managed network please try switching to a different network?
Will it be possible for you to share the link so that we can test it on our end?

Hi There,
Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear you are facing trouble using Adobe XD. In the screenshot which you have shared with us, I see you have opened plugins panel which is blank and Is It the same with layers panel and libraries/assets panel too?.To Investigate your Issue we would like to know a few more details like -
The version of XD.
The version of Win OS build which you are using(Type run in search tab present taskbar and type winver inside run: share the screenshot of it).
The version of creative cloud.
Is it possible to share video of your Issue Including libraries/assets panel, layers panel and plugins panel too, so that we can Investigate from our end.
Also we would request you to please try the below troubleshoot steps and let us know if that works-
1. Try creating a new user account on your machine and then try to launch XD. If it works, go to the previous account-.
2. Signout of Creative Cloud Desktop app
3. End all all Creative Cloud desktop app process from task manager.
4. Restart the machine.
5. Install Creative Cloud, XD.

Thanks for reaching out and using Adobe XD. I am afraid, as of now, exporting comments/notification from the XD published prototype link is not avialable in Adobe XD. I found a similar feature request thread posted in the community forum for exporting comments feature :https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests/suggestions/32591750-easily-select-copy-paste-export-comments, also you can create new feature request in a new UserVoice request link mentioned in the above thread or you can use below link to create new feature request: https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests . This is the best way of communicating with the Engineering and Product Management teams regarding issues and suggestions so they can be implemented in future releases
