First, we lost the ability to drag or copy and paste images to the reply field, now embedding video from YouTube no longer works.
It does not seem to matter what browser or what YouTube video you choose.
Follow the link and use the standard YouTube.com URL, instead of the shortened youtu.be one...
No matter what link I use, the same problem: https://youtu.be/iU6BxOTgxcw gives the same result as: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iU6BxOTgxcw&feature=emb_logo. Something is broken. Try the links. Both links point to the same video, none of them will embed:
You're 100% correct. No links are accepted. It seems that with every bug that is fixed in this system two new ones are introduced.
That's just a regular link. We're talking about using the Insert Video tool, which was supposed to accept links to YT clips and display them as embedded icons within the post.
