Cannot post to the Adobe Creative Cloud Developer Forum.

I appear to be barred as a contributor to the Adobe Creative Cloud Developer Forum. I posted a comment but needed to edit it.  I was informed that as a new user I was ‘temporarily on hold’ and could not perform an edit. I decided to delete the post and to resubmit a revised post once I was given the opportunity.  That opportunity has yet to arise despite a 2 week wait.  I have tried communicating with the forum but my communications have been rejected with the information that ‘Your account associated with this email address has been silenced’. My account name on that forum is Teejay.  You can readily verify that my account on this community forum (community.adobe.com) is genuine, fully conforms to your requirements and is based upon the same email address.

I messaged one of the admins (one who is still active!) and I have now been unblocked.

Thank you for your interested.

If anyone who reads this is a member of the Adobe Creative Cloud Developer Forum, please could you send a personal message to one of the moderators ask them to look at this thread and review the situation?  Thank you.

I am trying to write a plugin that is very challenging and it would be helpful to have access to the forum.  My previous work has received very favourable reviews on the independent website Petapixel.  (Type ‘Petapixel Terry Johnson’ into your search engine.)

someone else posted something similar (being banned from a particular forum) yesterday so maybe there's a current problem on adobe's end.

1. Fellow product users in this user-to-user community can't help you with an account problem.  Sorry.

2. New users can't edit published posts. This is intended to thwart spammers.

3. Obviously, you were able to post this question from your new account ID.  Keep using it.

4. Please read the Adobe Community Guidelines below.

Hope that helps.

Thank you for relaying the Adobe Community Guidelines.  It just so happens that on the Developer’s forum I was awarded a ‘Read Guidelines’ badge.  ‘ This badge is granted for reading the community guidelines.’

I was also awarded on August 8th a ‘Basic’ badge with the information that.   ‘This badge is granted when you reach trust level 1. Thanks for sticking around and reading a few topics to learn what our community is about. New user restrictions have been lifted; you’ve been granted all essential community abilities, such as personal messaging, flagging, wiki editing, and the ability to post multiple images and links.’

The problem is that new user restrictions have not been lifted, I cannot do any of the things described above.  In particular if I email or Message the moderators of the developer’s forum, I get a no response or a rejection.  Essentially, I am being blocked by an automated process and I am posting here to ask if anyone can suggest how I can get hold of a member of Adobe staff in order to get the situation rectified.

I understand that the Adobe community forum is different from the Adobe Creative Cloud Developer Forum but since my communications with that forum are blocked. I am posting here in the hope that the situation can be resolved.

I need access to the developer’s forum.  The last question (before this question) that I raised on the Adobe Communities Forum was a question about development, it received no responses and I had to answer it myself.
