Then how do I ask this question under the photo shop forum when I type in the question I just get "no results found" and no aparent way to start a new discusion.

You are typing your question in the wrong place in the Photoshop forum , a clumsily labeled searh box.

You need to go to the sidebar on the right-hand side labeled Actions and select a button named something like "Create a Discussion" or some such thing.  I have that blocked on purpose, so I cannot verify the wording at this time.

Of course .you have to be logged in.
