Edit post with sensitive information

Hello, I've recently made a post  (system info copy/paste) in a forum thread but realized that it contains by accident some personal information that I would like to remove, can someone please help as my rank is too low and I'm not allowed to edit the post?

there is a line with the lightroom catalouge name that i would like to delete if possible :
