Yours is the first message I have ever seen that mentions an efax from Adobe... I think it is a scam

Send the email that you suspect as spam to Adobe:

  • Start a new email to phishing@adobe.com
  • Drag the suspect email into the new email. This will add it as an attachment and will have more information than simply forwarding it.

Please report back when you hear from Adobe. We haven't seen this one before.

Thank you,

Jane

It may be a legitimate email address, but I think it is spoofed and not really coming from Adobe.

I can't imagine Adobe sending you a 5 page eFax.

Also, it's impossible to look at an email and say if something is genuine. Anyone can fake any email. So it's like trying to tell if a letter is genuine by reading the address at the top.

Adobe probably haven't sent a fax in 10 years, so it's surely a fake, but you can't use the email to say.
