No, I have no idea, had never seen it. But I am getting it in my Mac (Firefox and Safari) but not in a Win 7 machine (Explorer and Chrome). See my comments in your Testing thread.

I am also getting that same message when entering the Testing subforum (using Palemoon 24.2.2 or Firefox 26.0 on Windows 7).
