How do I get my Photoshop FAQ making powers back?

Back in 2001 I was given FAQ making abilities for the Photoshop Mac forum. How do I get these back? Do I need to apply some where? Or is this another thing the Jive forum is incapable of doing?

There's been a request in the Illustrator forum for the FAQs too.  Are the old ones lost forever since the new forums can't deal with sticky threads?
