  1. Click on your account icon at the upper right corner of the Adobe Support Community page and choose "Account settings".
  2. In "Account settings" click on "Notifications".
  3. Make the desired changes and then click "Save".

I apologize for that, Todd. It was a by-product of the User Voice migration. The same thing happened on the After Effects migration. As another user points out, you can turn off e-mail notifications to prevent further e-mail issues. PM me if you face further issues.

Thanks,
Kevin

Speaking of  messy UIs loks like you need to go to account settings and unfollow the thread.
(Looks like even tough I had unfollowed the thread on user voice I was added back in)
Goodbye everyone, best of luck

@Todd_Morgan Account settings > following > checkbox > unfollow

Theoretically that should work at least, I'm getting double notifications for this thread so they may have messed something up with transferring things from uservoice?
ALSO the settings seem to not update right away, I set it to only send one email a day and it's very much not doing that lol.

I have the same issue  - for the past few days I've been getting a barrage of emails that my post  in Adobe Express forum (posted 2 years ago) got " upvoted".  Has everyone ghone crazy??

I no longer care about that post, have "unfollowed" it - yet I am still getting those emails.   Why??

Adobe - please fix this system - when i Unfollow a discussion II should NOT be receiving any notifications from it.

How can I stop notifications for ONE thread?  Changing the global settings for email notifications as advised below will stop them from other community topics I do want to receive replies to, so  this is not the correct solution. - unless you want to stop receiving ANY AND ALL notifications on your thread.

Also,  I could not see the option to POST TO COMMUNITY a new post anywhere - where did it go? I am logged in but could only reply to this post.

this is an old thread with out-dated info.  currently, you click your icon at a forum page upper right > click edit profile > following to select individual threads to unfollow.

also, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

@kglad , thanks for that info. Are those threads presented in some logical order? I couldn't find this thread in there? Are those all the threads from all the time we've been posting here? Wow, that's not a good way. I upvoted, maybe someone will see this thread.

i think they're ordered by the latest forum response at the top. but if you have a post in an ideas or bugs subforum, they're not listed, at all.

and i think they're just the most recent 50 or 100 posts (but i can't recall and it takes so darn long for that page to present i'm not checking now (

Hmmm... the 4 threads at the top of that list are all from March 2024? OK, I just went back and those threads seem to be odd-balls, and then I get more recent posts. It's not intuitive, but at least it's something.

You didn't read my message closely.

I said

" I no longer care about that post, have "unfollowed" it - yet I am still getting those emails."

Meaning - ticking "unfollow'" doesn't work.

Also, my second point about not seeing the option to POST TO COMMUNITY is not about the wrong forum, but the absence of this option ANYWHERE within Adobe Community.

Reading the post closely before replying is always very hepful.

with this thread UNFOLLOWED and no longer showing in my list of threads in the settings - WHY am I still getting the reply emails?  just got another one with reply by someone to someone else.
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX IT WITHOUT DISABLING ALL NOTIFICATIONS?

The only Unfollowing I'm aware of is if at some point you clicked 'follow' underneath the original post. But it doesn't show 'unfollow' when you've posted to a thread. It still say follow. So, other than  the message from @kglad , I can't see how to unfollow.

BTW: Once you select a 'community' Like Premeire Pro, After Effects, etc, then you do have a Post to community option:
