I can't reply to some posts because I keep getting this error, which is false.

So, we can only reply to a thread once per hour?   My reply to the post in question was written two hours after my initial post.  That's why the "post flooding" allegation is false.

Refresh your browser with F5 and try again.

I was able to post a reply with a different browser.  Refreshing didn't work.  Firefox OSX doesn't work.  Safari does.
