Problem Connecting to FTP

I'm working on a site that my new employer has files published to a server called webshell, and I'm having trouble connecting to it thru dreamweaver. I'm getting the following error...

Can anyone assist me?

    This is the forum for talking about the forum.  What you need is the Dreamweaver forum.  Look up, just below your name (not the one at the top, the one below the black box) and click on the "adobe general forums" to get back to the "lobby" where you can find the dreamweaver forum.
