Looks like Spammers are back at it, with Adobe PM's. Been about 6 mos., so I guess that it was time.
Here's the most recent on [Links Removed]:

Here is the Profile.
That is all that I can furnish, unless there is something more in that PM. Let me know if there is a way to access more info.
Appreciated,

Above the body of the message there should be a block with:
To: Your Name
From: User Name
Sent: Date
Subject: Subject Line.
The From name is what we need to find the account and deactivate it.
If you are looking at your list of private messages it should have columns for Subject, From, and Date. Give us the name in the From column.
Thanks!

John,
Sorry that I did not furnish the complete, and necessary data. Unfortunately, the Trash has been emptied, so that PM has gone to bit-heaven.
If I get another, I'll try to do better - sorry.
Thanks,
Hunt

Hi Bill. We were able to figure it out from the info you provided. The account is gone. But if they had used a different email address on their account than was in the message, we wouldn't have been able to. I was surprised that they used the same account info in the message and on their registration.

Great news, and sorry that I did not get everything for you the first time. Promise to do better if there is ever a "next time." Over the years, this was only the second spam PM, that I received. Just not on my toes.

I'm really surprised that you would get a pm like that in an Adobe forum. I would think those types of pm's would be on dating/social forums.

In my case, this was only the third such PM, since the changeover to Jive. The first, and the third seemed quite limited, or at least I was one of the few to bring attention to them. The second, about 6 mos. ago, hit dozens of forum users, and especially in the Premiere fora.
So far, it has been a very limited attempt by the spammers, or so it seems. Perhaps they have only been "test runs?"
