Unable to see my Reply added to a Post

At a post, I hit Reply.

 

Type my comment.

 

Hit Post.

 

My reply does not show as new reply.  Did a Refresh, Sign Out, etc.  Nor does it apear in 'My follows', though other new Replies do show there. 

 

What am I overlooking?

Hi all, could you share examples of posts where this happened? Do you get any error messages? What's the exact behaviour, posting and nothing's there with no warnings?

  • Hit the reply button, type the message and hit post. Then nothing happens. No message.

Same problem here.

Morover, the preview (before sending) is "hanging".

I am a new user of the Adobe Support Community.

I asked a question and a kind user gave me an answer. But:

When I try to reply "Preview" does not appear (hanging) and nothing happens when hittinng "Post".

I thought I had missed some information about how to use this forum..

Have I missed something?

Just for reference this problem still exists as at 20th May 2021. Looks like this has been ongoing for a few YEARS. I need to reply to an answer to my post but still cannot. I click the REPLY button and duly type my message and then click POST. But nothing happens

What is going on?
