user name is messed up

hi john, hope you can help me. it's been about a week. i hesitated to contact you as i figured you had more important things to work on and the last time this happened, it sorted itself out after a few hours.

my username seems to have gone haywire somehow.

just started up one morning ( http://forums.adobe.com/thread/470612?start=0&tstart=0 Jul 31, 2009 6:01 AM) after being fine the previous evening. last time this happened it reset itself within a few hours. this time not.

id and password has not changed. nothing other changed in relation to the adobe forums or the adobe store.

all my posts are tied to that id. if there's a way to consolidate them back or to ditch this current user account and reassociate that one with my logon credentials, i'd appreciate it.
