Why has my user name changed from Brontosaurus to timf32887620

 

How do I change it back?

If you see another of your profiles there, this means you created a secondary one under a different email address than the one you're using right now on this account. 
Simply log out from this one and access with the other email address.

@timf32887620 see here the list of other users with Brontosaurus on their name. The name's already in use, so you cannot change it to that. I recommend adding numbers, a point or a dash or similar to make it unique. It should work as long as it's not in use 🙂

Did you sign in with a corporate account vs your personal account? Those can be attached to a single ID.

I probably registered on a different Adobe forum using a different name, and now this new name is appearing on Premire Pro forum as well. How can I change it back? I tried to change it and it said "this name is in use already"
