"Facebook Ignored Global Political Manipulation. A 6,600-word internal memo from a fired Facebook data scientist details how the social network knew leaders of countries around the world were using their site to manipulate voters — and failed to act." I have no FB account for a reason. And this just underscores why. https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/craigsilverman/facebook-ignore-political-manipulation-whistleblower-memo
Hi, I would like to inquire about the CamSwarm project that Jue Wang was developing while working at Adobe . My name is Bagrat. I represent a hair-salon in Gdansk, Poland. We would like to make such project happen, so we could use it ourselves, as well as share it with the world. I recently contacted Jue, and as I was informed, after leaving the Adobe team 4 years ago, the project was left in your disposal. May I ask wether you plan on shaping it into a properly working software? If not, would you consider passing it to someone? If so, what they should do? Respectfully,Bagrat Savchuk [Personal information removed by moderator.] P. S. I have been calling to offices in the U. S., but I do not know any exptensions or names of the employees, so did not reach anyone.
I've just watched the last episode of Stephen King's 'The Outsider' the closing credits of which play out to Washington Square by The Villiage Stompers. If you don't know the name, then you'll probably recognise the tune. What is now driving me crazy is trying to remember where else I have heard it? I'm thtinking it was in either a Clint Eastwood Spaghetti western or maybe a Charles Bronson western. Does that ring any bells?
Just wanted to say hi. My profile is new, but I am not. Been using Adobe since '96 when I first learned Photoshop. Anyways, gotta get all my badges back. XD
HELP MY COMPUTER HAS A VIRUS I DONT HAVE MUCH TIME WHAT DO I DO
I submitted my entry for the Chromatica contest a day before the contest ended. I made sure to follow the instructions as directed, posted my entry on twitter. I have been looking for my entry since the day it ended on the official chromatica website. Haven't found it yet.I have tried to get info there, over the phone, on chat, and on twitter. No one has addressed my concerns. When I found out about the contest on Instagram, I immediately opened my laptop and tried to start working on my entry. Unfortunately for me my laptop seemed to be dead. I would not even turn on. I had to ask many many friends and people I know (for days) if I could use their computer to do my entry. Until one of them finally helped me out. This is the first time I ever try to participate on anything, have always considered myself to be unlucky and would never try for anything. A "friend" even told me why would I even bother if I was not gonna win because my skills were not up to par with othe

I have Lightroom 6 stand alone and have always wandered 'do I need Ps'? - what are your experiences. Critique on the images on my website would also be really useful! I have a good friend who does software development. He may need artwork for some apps he is developing. He has seen my work on Facebook and Instagram and would like to buy what he needs directly from me. I know I need a signed contract and have been researching that aspect, but I have no idea what to charge for the type of usage he's talking about. Can someone give me a ballpark? $15? $150? $1500? Any help or advice would be very welcome. Thanks in advance.

I had planted some milkweed that went to seed in the back of our house. This is what came up, but doesn't look like the milkweed that I planted. The leaves are tiny, and there is only a single small flower, rather than the normal clusters.
Hey Tech Friends.... So a company is building me a PC Tower. They hit a bump in the road. I need a USB-C Port. But they say finding a mainboard that can do that is hard. What I am using the computer for: Graphic Design, Video Editing, Streaming, Content Creation and Gaming. Surely someone here might know of an idea. I can send you the current configuration as well. Hello, I am part of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit looking to request an event sponsorship from Adobe. I reached out to socialimpact@adobe.com, however an automated email back reported that they are no longer responsible for event sponsorships. I was referred to the website https://www.adobe.com/corporate-responsibility/community/product-donations.html, but this link provided no form or email that enabled me to submit a sponsorship request. I used the Adobe online chat feature and asked about where I could cotnact the event sponsorship representatives, however, I was simply redirected to to these communtiy forums. I was told to write my question and request and post it on these forums, where the team would contact me with further isntructions. If this is not the proper place to post such questions, I would like Adobe to sort out their customer support so I am no longer referred to the wrong place to ask these questions. Any assistance would be much appreciated

My wife and I went to an arty film night last night. It was mostly pretty cool, held in what used to be a garlic sorting shed on a local farm. The seating was all old sofas, and the walls covered in old movie memorabilia and the vibe was good. The main movie was Hitchcock's Rear Window with James Stewart and Grace Kelly, but we had to suffer enjoy this song before that, and being the cruel kind person I am, I had to share. Enjoy
As a bit of Covid-19 fun, we put our entire team, creative and engineering through the Creative Types questionnaire. In a team of 50 we are missing Adventurures and Artists. Is the questionnaire accurate? Are our findings in line with others? What are Adobe's aggregated results?

I do not understand the design decisions Adobe has made with this recent update to their icons. Please bring back the individual colors for photo/media apps! The readability of these new ones are ridicilously bad.
why doesn't Adobe support non commercial users, i.e. those who don't get paid for projects they do, there are options for students, i.e. those who are in school or university, but nothing for the many that are self learning. there are many users who dedicate many many unpaid hours to creative projects but are unsupported and unfinanced, the cost to Adobe is zero, but these people are commiting to developing skills that make Adobe software more legitimate, i.e. they are self training to be able to use Adobe software in companies who finance Adobe, so why not support these non commercial projects and learners who are not based at an institution, that way less people will resort to pirated software reward people's devotion and commitment to creativity whilst at the same time getting free marketing and bulding a huge community of supporters for Adobe as a company that is not only about making money with quality products, but also for being a company that encourages creativity and
I have written an article for a nonprofit website. The article is about an introduction to user experience design. In this article, I have written a section about giving advice to those new designers who would like to take up a career in UX design. Some of the content I have taken it from an article on adobe blog: "How To Break Into UX Design: A 10 Step Guide To Landing Your First Job In UX". I would like to take permission from Adobe before we publish it. Let us know whom should I contact in Adobe blog?
I have a Macbook Pro and the read aloud voice goes a little fast and want to know if there is a way to change the voice?
I am new to the Adobe forum. When I look at my profile it says, "this user does not have a blog." How do I go about creating a blog on the Adobe site?
