I teach a photo design class. We use photoshop for the ipad. When I screen share to show them a technique etc, I can't show my workspace, it only shows the picture I'm working with, none of the tools etc, which is kinda useless when it comes to teaching them how to use the app. Any thoughts?

How to pass ACE ExamAdobe retired the recertification exam. Some of us need to be up to date with the exams since we teach at Adobe certified places. They just announced the new exams which will be in August and I think that the "OLDER" certified community like us that have so much experience should fight together to bring back the Recertification exam.  I teach the ACA classes in USC, I give advise to students about the ACE exams and feel that it is not fair to ask us to do the entire exam again every two years. 1. In the past as an ACP we got a code from Adobe for free exams...but as everything else it went away now we get 50% off...2. In the past Adobe certified people created the test now it is part of Pearson and actually it is a money making venture...3. they said that the recertification was on line so was not fair, they can bring it back not on line. Why experts like us need to do the entire test? we are the one that answers the questions...They asking

My Xfinity model XB7 modem developed a wi-fi problem (kept quitting) so yesterday I took it to my local Xfinity store and was given a newer XB8 modem... the wired computer connection was no problemThe wi-fi was a problem (not a major problem, but lots of time)The XB7 had two names for the 2.4 and 5 GHz channels... Hi there. I've been an Adobe affiliate since 2018, but now when I try to log in to my affiliate dashbard a 404 page shows up. I used to log in on tradedoubler.com (https://adobe.tradedoubler.com/login)... Has something changed? What have I missed? Thanks.

Doing dishes today and water was coming out the overflow pipe next to the sink   Wife called a plumber she knows... he asked when was the last time we put a cup of white vinegar in the washer... in a bowl so the vinegar would "time release" as the cycle ran... to dissolve the "gunk" that builds up inside the drain tube   Seems that a "thin" film of food waste will build up inside the drain tube, even with rinsing dishes, so now once a month I will put a bowl on the top rack  (no place on the bottom rack due to the dividers for plates) with vinegar so the vinegar will release as the water bounces off the top and into the bowl   This is of course, after removing everything  under the sink so I could put a shop towel down to partially crawl underneath to remove the rubber drain tube to use a screwdriver and my finger to reach in and remove the built up layer of residue

Background: California & Florida homeowners are struggling to find & keep their homeowner's insurance.  Major insurance companies have stopped writing new policies and are not renewing existing ones. Underwriters argue that litigation costs combined with catastrophic weather events (fires, floods, climate change) have made insuring properties too risky.  Banks & mortgage lenders insist that real properties be adequately insured for the loan amount or else it's bye, bye mortgage.     As some of you may know, we were planning on installing solar roof panels this year to reduce our carbon footprint and reliance on the electric power grid.  I've since learned however, that some insurance companies are using solar panels as an "exit excuse" from current protection policies. They claim that solar installation brackets compromise the home's structural integrity which renders it "un-insurable."   I see no way out of this mess until lawmakers

To all  photoshop elements s developers. Im a poor Housewife that use photoshop for hobby.I dont have not even 1 dollar for day, so I cannot pay not even every day 3 €/$.Poor should stop all dreams to create images?Im not a company.  Please consider one day also one time purchase only for who dont have a company or use for job . . take care... 🙏

I've checked my email account, including the spam folder, but found nothing.The online chat support couldn't resolve the issue and suggested contacting Adobe Creative Connection at demand@info.adobe.com.Unfortunately, I haven't had any luck with that either(no response).Am I missing something? Is this exclusively for business account holders?  Does anyone know the appropriate contact at Adobe or another avenue for assistance?Thanks for your support!

Adobe is a wonderful set of apps, for companies and Pros, but way too expensive for hobyists. And, their Marketing makes me so irritated that all I want to do is wipe Adobe off all of my devices!  I'd rather use kluggy idiotic MS Office apps than ruin my budget paying for 3-6 different apps, variations of the same base code, with no way to delete or uninstall because Adobe Marketing wants to shove their apps down users thoats! It would've been so nice is Adobe Execs thought of their user base as humans and not sources of revenue.   [Profanity removed from title by moderator]

Wife and I are doing a new thing... growing vegetables in the winter... one more wheelbarrow load and the planter box will be full and ready for seeds.I include me in this because...A - I enclosed the open area to make an enclosed greenhouseB - I built the planter box (inside is 91 x 20 x 10 inch filled depth)C - I mounted the 2 LED grow lights to roof rafters and a 3-prong timer.The larger grow light at the far end is from https://www.spider-farmer.com/ the smaller one is from a company no longer listed on Amazon (light still works OK, but if it ever dies I will buy Spider-Farmer).Both lights have locking pulleys to raise/lower the lights as needed (as the plants grow).Wife did a LOT of reading to pick what to grow, and she now has seeds on order  

Some of you may have heard of Steve Gibson and the programs he sells at grc.com   At one time I bought a program to defrag my platter drive(s) which I stopped using when I switched to SSD... turns out that Steve has been working on updating his program to add 'refreshing' the information stored in an SSD... and all these years later I received a notice of a free upgrade   I have had the same email address for over 20 years... and that is a good thing   The email notice... 'Back in 2005, someone at this email address purchased SpinRite v6.0' with download instructions   Haven't used it yet (need to read the user manual I saved as a PDF) but have the download and created a bootable CD with the program for when I'm ready to boot onto the CD (currently runs on a custom 'DOS like' operating system)

I am here to say that many, many years after macOS's redesign, Adobe has not yet addressed this sidebar icon. I have tried to customize it myself, but I cannot find it anywhere. I know Adobe has bigger fish to fry, but little adjustments like this to their overall product would go a long way in reassuring its long-term userbase that it cares about the quality of their software.  

So... Who else whould love PSB thumbnails in Windows Explorer??I installed Adobe Bridge only to see my PSBs. A single digital painting for me can run up to 15GB and take 2 weeks to paint so I need PSBs. A PSD file just doesn't cut the mustard any more. I use plugins like 'QuickLook' in Windows to preview files which is great but it doesn't work with .PSBs. I have never found anything that does. If anyone know of any plugin I'd love to know or if Adobe wants to build one (cough, cough) that would be great too 😉 Thanks folks.Lawrence.

A week ago, I received a strange email with a PDF file provided by Adobe (see screenshot from my e-mail app search tool). I did not open the PDF file since I'm paranoid, I just instantly deleted the email and reported it to my network administrator (the email came to my work email address). However, I thought I'd post the information here, asking if anyone has perhaps had a similar situation. I no longer remember exactly what was in the email, but certainly something like ‘agreement is ready to review and sign’ or something like that. What surprised me was that this email really existed after I googled it - is it possible for a scammer to use an existing email address?By the way according to the email it's a US company and I live in Europe and have never been to the states, let alone rented a flat there.... I also reported it to phishing@adobe.com

How can a US firm try to sue a British shop based on the name 'Brixton'?   Brixton shop threatened with legal action over name by US firm (bbc.com)   It's unconscionable! Brixton is an area in the South of London! One should be able to use a name of an area in the name of their brand.

As my clients grow in size, I'm finding that I need software or an online solution to help me manage each client's overall marketing plan, which often includes advertising, social media, print collateral, and other deliverables. I'm a small company with just two people so I don't need anything elaborate, but it would be nice to allow my clients access so they can see what's in the works. Thanks for your help.
