Hello. My name is Leonel and I'm a portuguese designer and student.In several and frustrating attempts, I've tried to purchase Fontfolio Education Essentials. As the website was giving me an error, I've contacted the sales dpt. more than once in order to get the problem fixed, and was constantly redirected to tech support. The attention and care of the staff was great, but no deal. Today, I got a call from tech support trying to fix the situation. Still no go. After rechecking what could possibly be causing the issue, the technician finally said to me that this product wasn't available in Portugal and that was the reason why I wasn't able to proceed to checkout.After a somewhat frustrating process, I have to wonder why sales didn't tell me in the first call the product wasn't available in Portugal, avoiding this week long process. And, what could possibly explain why this product isn't available in EU members (I've tried selecting different coutries, with no success), and why is adobe

i was trying to buy Myriad font license but every time i try to make the transaction occurs an error that its not available for my country (Egypt)

Do I need creative Cloud to use Font Folio or does it work with CS6?

Hello,I am trying to get fonts from Typekit to work across browsers and I am having difficulties. I am trying to use Trajan Pro 3 on a site and the fonts are not rendering properly in Chrome & Firefox on the PC. The reason I am using Typekit is to solve this problem without using Google. Thus far I am not impressed with the Typekit Editor interface or methodology, but that aside it does not seem to work. When I highlighted a QuarkXpress document and tried to substitute its font with my Minion Regular, I got a lot of mush along with some Minion Regular,BUT when I touched my cursor to the mush as well as non-mush, it ALL showed Minion to be the type in my Quark font window.When I substitute other PostScript fonts, they work okay.Minion also works in my Microsoft Word docs.     P.S. I also have Minion Expert installed in my system.          Thanks!

I do a lot of vinyl layouts for signs and am wanting to get a program to allow me to use more script fonts with flourishes. I also have stencils that I need to scan into my computer and change to vinyl layouts. I will need to connect the bridges on the letters  of my stencil.  I'm not sure if I can do both of these things on adobe illustrator or if I have to get the photoshop as well. I know the bridges can be connected with photoshop but was hoping adobe illustrator could do this also.  I'd rather not get both programs.  So if someone could let me know what to do.Thank you so much.

I have Windows 7 and for some reason I cannot install Adobe Type Manager onto my Computer. I need ATM to install the DIN font but am having no luck what so ever. I can see the DIN font in my Dropbox but it is showing up like this:-  ._DIN-bold, no file file extension. what am I doing wrong? is it Mac?

Is here any way to manually change numerals to non-hanging and vice versa? I noticed Ps automatically changes numerals to hanging when in a givven string of characters there's a mathematical sign, i.e. +  / -Is there any way to override that?

I wanted to hand some work to one of my freelancers but he's not a CC member, so he can't access one of the fonts we're using in this project.Is there a way I can share a font with him without having to buy it?The font family is Museo Slab. I have access to it myself using my CC subscription & typekit, but this doesn't give me a local copy of the font on my machine.I would be grateful if someone could shed some light on this – I am aware that licensing may be the issue here. Am I able to give me designer access to my CC subscription maybe, and if so what implications might this have?Thanks.

I am trying to get Muse to install and cannot contact support. No phone, because it is Saturday and apparently no one, oh wait Apple support is working, works on Saturday. There is no option for chat support even though it is shown. Giant waste of money. I REPEAT GIANT WASTE OF MONEY. Our company was looking to deploy Marketing Suite but now over my cold dead body and guess what. I'm the guy who decides what products we use.

HI Guys,I'm quite literally stuck. I have installed 4 different fonts from a car manufacturer that i need to use for work purposes.These fonts appear in the drop down font list of all Microsoft Office applications - but for some reason when i go to try and use them in Photoshop 6 they dont appear.I have cleared my font cache... nothing.I've checked for any Adobe updates to be completed... still getting nothing.Any direction would be appreciated.Thanks Glen

Hello,I can't find any information about my question anywhere and Adobe seems to have shut down all their support e-mail-addresses. Additionally, chat doesn't work because the text input field disappears all the time – great work, Adobe! However, I'll ask my question here now, maybe somebody has an answer:It's the Lithos font I want to use on a commercial website as a webfont.I know it is available on TypeKit (Lithos Pro), but that is not an option, since I have the student Creative Cloud version.Is there any (legal, of course) way to use Lithos as a webfont without TypeKit involved? (Of course it may cost something.)Thanks already!

I found a dozen or so floppy disks with serial numbers on them, but they don't work anymore. Is there a way to download the fonts using the original serial numbers?

I am new to font design, and found out about this tool to perform check on outlines. When I read the documentation it seems that it can fix outlines, from AFDKO overview: This tool will check the quality of the glyph outline data, and should always be used. It is very good at detecting serious problems, such as overlap and incorrect path direction. It is overly enthusiastic about finding a number of smaller issues, but is right often enough to be worth checking all the error messages. It can also fix the problems it finds, but you should always check any glyphs that it changed - the fixes are not always better than the original problem. It uses Just von Rossum's fontTools Python package for accessing and changing the font data. But there's no documentation on the options for this program (nor any of the other programs actually), when I run it all I get is a list of errors. DocuPrint in Adobe Acrobat X is not changing the size to 8.5 x 10, it used to work fine.

How do you enter special characters (such as curved quotes) in a headline that is in caps? I have tried using the formula "alt +) or alt + Shift + ) and get no result. If I do the same in a paragraph of regular text, it works. Thanks.
