Using the Community

I am not being able to print pdf if it has digital signature in it, it either crashes or shows 'the document could not be printed'  and 'no page selected for printing.'      Please find attached the pdf I am facing problem with.   Duplicate, Locked... go to   https://community.adobe.com/t5/Community-Help/PDF-with-digital-signatures-are-not-printing/td-p/10628395

I installed Ceative Cloud to have Photoshop, Premiere, Acrobat, Audition, Illustrator and After Effects installed. For some reason, Adobe thinks thank I need 14 new processes loaded 24/7, note that we have more Adobe processes than any other  app on startup. I also does not considered more 6 processes loaded as service or task manager under svchosts.exe.Adobe, please fix it. It's ridiculous. 

1) Is the lounge dead? If not, where is it? 2) Is there any way to keep it from reverting to sorting by "Popular" every time I hit the main page? I much prefer Alphabetical. 3) As a button label, "Post to Community" is more than a bit ambiguous. How about something like; "Ask a Question" instead? 4) Is there any way to kill the unhelpful pop-up "help" window when I am typing in the Subject line of a question? 5) More to follow, undoubtedly. --OB

Hello, i got an issue with the opening of my ebook with drm on my ereader an onyx boox, i did the log in with adobe id on my laptop and on my ereader too, after i downloaded the ebook on my laptop and after by usb connection from ADE to my ereader. I can read without problems on my laptop but on my ereader is just showing in the top the name of the ebook without any image, and say in 2 withe pages, "first page / last page" . I have no idea of what to do... all the other books without drm there's no problem to read!If someone could help me... Thanks

I have two subscriptions in adobe, the Photography plan and the Premiere plan. Is it possible to upgrade them to the Creative Cloud all apps offer?

I'm creating a lesson in Adobe Captivate 2019, in which I have a slide consisting of an image with a cariety of rollover captions that pertain to each element of the image.  I'd like for this slide to display a brief caption that explains the slide to the user and then pauses to allow the user to roll over any of the elements to learn more.  Once the user is finished with the slide, there is a button to be displayed in which they can click to return to a menu slide.   I have the slide created with an introduction caption, rollover captions, and a menu button redirecting to the menu slide.  What I can't figure out is how to configure the slide to pause after the introduction slide until the user is ready to move on.  When I select the slide -> actions -> On Enter: Pause, the slide displays as blank.  Can anyone assist with the correct configuration to allow the desired action?

a) Some years ago, I created an Adobe account using the email address [abc] and the Adobe forum handle "baroquelute". b) This past year, I got an academic subscription to Creative Cloud and needed an academic address to validate it, so I associated the account with the email address [xyz]. c) I stopped using the [abc] account, but it was still active when I tried to add "baroquelute" as my forum handle to the account associated with [xyz], I got an error message saying that that handle was in use and so not available. d) I confirmed, by logging into the [abc] account that THAT was the account using 'baroquelute' as a forum handle. e) I contacted Adobe support and had them delete the [abc] account. They support person told me that after 30 days, the 'baroquelute' handle would become available for use with my [xyz] account.So... More than 30 days has passed, but I still get the message that "The selected username is already in use."Small potatoes, but I use that handle in so many places

Bin auf Adobe ganz neu und kenne mich nicht aus. War vorher bei der deutschen Fotolia Seite. Würde gerne wieder das deutsche Forum von dort finden. Natürlich kann man auch auf Translate gehen, aber die Übersetzungen sind nicht zu gebrauchen. Ich kann schon soviel Englisch, dass ich durchkomme, aber so wie früher ein bisschen nachlesen, was die anderen Deutschsprachigen so schreiben war schon nett. hello there, my father in law somehow performed a system refresh on windows 8.1 and the following apps were removed as part of the process - Adobe Creative Cloud - version 4.8.1.435Adobe Lightroom Classic CC - version 7.5Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 - version 19.1.7Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 - version 13.1 there is a distinct lack of media or serial number information available, but he does pay a monthly subscription to Adobe for the above services so do i contact them directly explaining the situation or can anyone offer advice on the best way to solve this puzzle so i can get him up and running again please? no system restore point available either i checked that already. Thanks. BR. Jeff.

Please feel free to correct me. So this is what used to be called the lounge but is now just called Adobe Support Community is that right? I can't see my posted comments like I use to. In the lounge they'd appear immediately but not here is there some setting that I need to change? Why did Adobe make this move when it seemed everything was working fine with the old site? I don't get it.

Every time I come into the forums, I have to log in. Is there a way for the system to remember us? Also, how do we make our preferences in the dropdown stick? Every time I come back in it's set for "Relevance" which to me means nothing. Relevant to what? So, I can set it to "Latest" but as soon as I go into a thread and hit the back button to come back to the thread list, it's defaulted back to "Relevance".

When subscribed to a forum I get the information about recent posts.Each of these posts does not only contain the relevant text, but starts with a huge image which is absolutely useless and wastes bandwidth and storage. I always need to scroll down to get to the relevant information.→ Remove this annoying garbage (in my case the image is a grey area anyhow) from the e-mail sent!

I need my simulation to ignore random or accidental single clicks and only recognize a double click. My current simulation has double click enabled but if a user single clicks then it is counted as a fail. How do I fix this?

It is difficult to find some boards. Some users don't know they need to filter by a particular product area in order to see certain boards. Example: You need to check the "Documents & PDF" filter in order to see the Document Cloud PDF Services, Type & Typography, and Acrobat Reader Mobile boards. The main filter options (Popular, Alphabetical, Latest) don't show all boards and interact with the fitlers as well. Also, some boards are only discoverable when searching for them, Community Help for example. There should be an easier way to access the master list of all boards without filtering or searching on the forum landing page.

Having issues being able to post, add reply, or create a discussion on any of the forums. Anyone else having this issue?

I'm trying to install this plugin in Photoshop cc 2019 but a message appers "El instalador de Plugin se esta ejecutando. I've been a contributor on these forums for around 9 years using my work email address. That address hasn't changed. Only now suddenly I have a newbie profile with no content. (and no links to discussions I've been contributing to.) The only thing that's changed is back in March we switched to Federated/Enterprise IDs for licensing the Creative Suite. Still, as of August I was able to log into my old profile with my email. Just this week I was following up on a post and I was prompted, at login, to create a forum name. I tried my forum name, and it told me it was "in use." I tried multiple variations of my name and they were all in use, and ended up settling on this one. Please gives us our sub-forums back. We were told that the flattening was done to make it easier to use the forums but this is quite obviously unsuccessful. The filtering mechanisms are so weak that they can't possibly provide a suitable alternative.  I hate to be negative avout the new forums, but they make it so difficlt to provide the support that I want to give.

The page footer that shows links for Community Help, Experience League, etc. Always gets lost off screen as you scroll through the list of posts. Just when you think you've caught up with it more posts load and it's gone again! It should be fixed on the current page just like the page header maybe in a more compact form.
