Were the Old community forums like Photoshop Elements Deleted or Archived ?

So. The old forums are shut down; the transition is [mostly?] "complete". This leaves just one question: 

I compose a reply to a message, and then click on the REPLY button. Sometimes, I see my reply appear, but if I re-load the web page for that thread, or if I return to the Adobe Support Community later, my reply is gone, nowhere to be found. This seems like a major issue to me. (Also, there is no private e-mail to contact another user?)

Help!  Please ....

I use my personnal laptop (mac) and don’t have a team. I use adobe suite for my personal purpose. When I open creative cloud, I cannot download, from the apps tab, the Adobe apps. It says that I have to contact my administrator support. But I don’t have one since it’s for my personal use and i’m on an admin session on my Mac... how can I do ?

Wow. Woke up this morning and this whole forum has changed. How in the world can I find my discussions? Very frustrating. 

I make 2 pdfs from the same word document.The document has links/tables that update.When I make 2 pdfs from same documents the same way i get results that indicate the tables have changed in the results and headers that are linked have changed. Yet they have not changed.  Is there a way to exclude theses.  

I'm not sure if I'm happy or upset that no one mentioned the "new forum" would actually be the Community Portal instead of some brand new actual forum platform. I hate it, and I've only been here for less than five minutes. Can't save "sort by latest"; always resets to "sort by relevant."  WTF decides what is RELEVANT???? Platform is clunky and not intuitive. Going into settings and preferences is a waste of time; there really isn't much that one can change, aside from personal information, which I hide anyway. Just when I think that Adobe can't get any worse, Adobe proves my assertion incorrect. Why? ^ _ ^

I am looking for the forum for Captivate and Scripting for Illustrator to support users. Do you know how to access them?

Hi, For me, the new forum is unusable. I can create a new thread but I'm unable to post replies to existing threads. I click on the Post button, I'm back to the thread and my posts are not published. And yes, I'm logged in. I tried with Firefox and Chrome.I was not a fan of the Jive version but until now this one is even worse.

I see posts via email that can no longer be accessed. One said that a user tried to post here, and it is just not here. So I'm trying the same thing... I am logged in. I see no place to add "tags." Perhaps there are none in this Board. Preview and exit preview worked fine. Edit: posted correctly and edit is available. Stan

I also have it on a desktop PC and the player works fine on the site.

Search bar is having unwanted behaviour, like just on focus without hitting any text into it, it is making background blurr.And the X icon which is located just right side of search edit text is having only functionality of clearing the text in it.And Exit search icon also appears on focus of this edit text.While typing in it if text length goes longer that search edit box, texts are going under X icon.I tried to add screen shot but unfortunately upload button is not working. Sunil

We had coldfuıon 2018 at our company.ıt has licance ofcourse but last 2 weeks ıt has a error.When we looked at the system we saw that syystem file was cleaned.fırst week the bın file wasnt at sytems fıle and ıt was deleted and thıs week the coldfusıon server stopped.then we saw that server connection (maın) was deleted.ıt was beıng same hours and date.(monday  14:00 for explamle) why can ıt be ? we dont have any ıdea.we thınk maybe coldfusıon ıs update ıts versıon itself but really we need help near tıme.please say us u ıdea and turn.ıf we cant solve ıt wıll be next week too. Thank u for u helping.

I am trying to add an image but upload button is not working.Search all content issue : While typing inside searching edit text if text length is more than search edit text, text is going under X icon. Sunil

Dear everyone, i really need help in this.. I am currently trying to ctreate a form where user can rank their preferrence activities. The rank is from 1-6. There are four category of activies. user should at least select 1 in each category. if the user select all in one catergory and leave the rest blank. There should be an error message saying " please select at least 1 in each catergory".  Ive tried all sort of forms online and i am not good with javascript of any kind of scripting. Somebody asked in these forums as to how do you send PMs to the people on these forums.  I can't find the thread where it was asked so I decided to post a workaround here:To send a PM to forum members,, click on that members username and then look for something like this:This should allow you to send the message.  I have sent a test message to John Waller, but he hasn't replied back so don't know if this feature works or not but it is almost similar to what we had in the old version.Hope this feature proves useful.

I keep running into this every time I access these Community forums once every few months. That is, infrequently enough to forget the completely unintuitive UI design of this forums -How do I see the full list of discussions!?  Not just the finite "recent" list, quick links, top issues etc. that are on the Overview pages. Those are all dead ends.I always look for a "See All" type of link, right near the Recent Discussions section. It screams out to have something like that there. All there is a More button, and it loads a few more, and that's it. No more, no all...I imagine they think the Find Answers search is the be-all-end all of AI-fueled navigation, so no need for such archaic ideas as a simple list.Oh, it's the tiny, single, "Content" link up in one of the 2 or 3 headers... (or maybe not. That link in this Forums Help forum is a dead end of sticky posts.)And in the Lightroom Classic forum, the Content link is camouflaged in the header filmstrip graphics.Please, in something

I recently read a post in a GetSatisfaction sponsored forum that said they host the Adobe forums.It was a discussion about the Spam we were receiving in TechSmith's forums hosted by GetSatisfactionI don't see anything contained in the Adobe forums I visit. That resemble the TechSmith forums. When I looked up their listed customers, Adobe wasn't one of them Adobe controls Spam issues very good and TechSmith's forums are a disaster at time.That's why I'm wondering who if anyone other than Adobe host these forums.Thank for any responses in advance.

How can I remove a locked post in the design forum caused by also entering the same post in the Premiere forum?SCREEN COPY:

The sort by latest activity is not working properly. Below is a screen capture of the Lightroom Classic forum, you can see what sorting I have selected and how the threads are not listed in the order of latest activity. Furthermore, some threads just don't show up; and if I change the sort order to sort by creation date, new threads appear that are not listed in the latest activity sort.

Hi experts,I am member of forum since 2017.I am experiencing problem with my inbox.I can see messages from upto last six months only.Older than those messages are automatically getting disppeared or deleted without my action onto them.Why is that?Is there anyway to prevent them from getting disappear or deleted & can I get my older messages?Thanks in advanceSunil
