かなり急を要しています。adobeCreativeCloudを購入した大学生です。 １２か月メンバーシップのadobeCC学生・教職員個人版っを買いました。コード入力、ダウンロードしようとしたのですが、ダウンロードは失敗し、「再度ダウンロードするか、または他のブラウザで」と表示 されたので、再度ダウンロードしようと戻りました。再度やってみようとすると、コード入力の画面で「このコードはすでに～」でダウンロード画面にたどり着きません。 そこでやり方をいくつか調べたのですが、これといった解決策がわかりません。アカウント管理から、注文履歴を見ても何もありません。プランと製品を見ても、有料版やクリエイティブクラウドらしきものはありません。あるのは今回の代わりにダウンロードした無料体験プラン のみです。 ブラウザでログインとログアウトを繰り返してもこの情報は変わりません。 製品のログアウトとありますが、体験版のソフト（adobe premiere)でログインを要求されないし、ログアウトもできません。 adobeのアカウントに私が買ったCCのコードが反映されていないのでしょうか。もしそうなら、２万５千円はどこに行ったのでしょうか……。このままでは編集日に間に合わいません。 ちゃんと買ったので、ソフトをダウンロードしてインストールして使いたいです。 厚かましい言い方で申し訳ありません。

I'm involved in a discussion in one of the forums that has gone on for almost 3 years and generated more than 30 posts.  When I respond to a post by user X, my post shows "in response to X,"  but if X has made multiple posts it's not clear which of those posts I'm responding to.   A threaded view is needed.Furthermore, anyone who stumbles into this long discussion won't realize that the OP's original question was actually answered!   (not by me, by someone else).  Yet the discussion seems to go on as if no solution had been found. That's because the answer is buried in the middle of the discussion and doesn't stand out in any particular way from other posts, other than having been marked helpful by several members.  So not only are the discussions hard to follow, but there's no way to mark (or vote for) the correct answer.   Maybe that's something that only an Adobe moderator can do, but I have a feeling the moderator abandoned followin

I do realize that the whole moderation thing is a knee-jerk reflex due to an ineffective anti-spamming framework.  HOWEVER, there must be a way to set it so that:a) users who have had an account for more than a year aren't subjected to having their posts moderated; andb) using an '@'mention doesn't count as a link; same for links that point to forums.adobe.com.  You have to moderate a message that points back to your own domain???V/r,^_^

A recent thread in the Photoshop General Forum has left me somewhat irritated. need the purchasable product back Apart from what I perceived as rudeness the original poster appears to mention points that are all over the place (lack of understanding, being an artist, someone else being a 1%-pertson, update CS3, …). Also the original message contains no question and Adobe is referred to as »they« so the original posters’s claim in the last post that it was directed at Adobe and only one person provided a good answer seems strange to me. At this point this serves no good purpose anymore but I wonder … So if anybody wants to take the time to study that thread could they provide a critique? Did I (and others) misunderstand the original poster’s posts? Was the original posters behaviour OK after all? Regards, Pfaffenbichler

How can a level 5 user, who is self-proclaimed rude and makes posts filled with derogatory comments while using moderator's first names threaten to have a thread closed while doing the things that they are doing?The level 1 users, myself and the OP and whoever else may have been seeking help in that thread were using that thread to find common support for our in common issue.Other members posted but some members were not trying to be helpful and guided the thread towards a lock.Why would a moderator support locking a thread from threats made by a user acting this way? The people looking for help have to start over while the people who never had the issue act in a way that locks the thread. How does this work towards making a supportive community? This is a query that I had from one of my clients.can you help with a suitable answerWith responsive design the only way to properly see what the problem is, is to look at the html code.But once we viewed the code, we saw that it was almost unworkable. There were loads of lines that were not used, and loads of references to css files etc that didnt exist. For this reason we couldnt work with the file. It is almost as if a template was used from somewhere and changed, but because we have to apply programming to it as well, it was just not possible to do so with the supplied code.Thank youSuresh[personal information removed... I have an issue with my Adobe purchased products,Cut in short, for the second time my subscription is vanished as never been existed.Therefore, I've contact Adobe for helping solving this issue.After discussing the tech support guy (which was very nice and handy BTW) I was addressed to the Sales department.Well that's when everything started going wrong... The sales guy (which I wish I'd remember his name) was very short temper and rude to me,Not listening to my requests and not letting me speak, he always kept cutting in my sentenses and then suddently chose to put me on hold with theirelevator waiting song playing in the background.I leaving Adobe cause of that, and advise anyone who didn't purchase any of their products yet to do so as well.There are already other good alternatives to Adobe's products out there in the market.So long Adobe,Doron

So I've noticed something a little weird going on in the editor and I don't know how to get around it.I'm trying to paste a bit of code from Acrobat's JavaScript into the syntax editor (Which is a bit crappy anyway but that's another subject)It keeps doing this to my text:This of course is not ideal, I cannot see what my text looks like in the syntax editor, pasting the text in line by line doesn't work either as it just does that but to all the lines individually.There's a lot of code there and I'd much rather not re-type it by hand as the whole purpose is to search for a mistake I may have made in the code I wrote, writing it again would be pointless as I could make another mistake and then the answers will be irrelevant due to the inaccuracy of my information.This didn't happen until today but then again I haven't pasted any text into the forums for some time, is this a new feature or a bug?Either way its impossible for me to use the editor as is and I'm wondering if there is a work

Hi, I've got a problem with this forum. Recently I started a new thread, the question was answered and I would not like to receive any more emails if someone adds a post to the thread. Unfollowing doesn't seem to work.If I chose to unfollow the thread in the cogwheel menu on the right at "my content" page and reload the page I'm still following it. I'm using Chrome and Windows 10.Please don't misunderstand me I don't want to switch of email notifications like it's described here:How do I unfollow all forums at once? Just unfollowing a few threads would be great. Any help would be appreciated.

I just wanted to thank MadisonMLeupp​ for all he work and efforts always but especially with the forum updates.The updates to the forums recently where quite extensive and there has been quite a lot wrong with them from the concepts (ACP,MVP Views for example), bugs as well as UX issues.She has managed and handled the community in an awesome way, got back to people, helped get issues resolved, worked with Jive to get things sorted and just been great in working to get the forums working and running better.Thank You!
