Hello, i don't want to show my name/surname in the forum profile, how can I hide it?

I have had a question about Adobe Animate. The sound that I am bringing into Animate is screaming loudly. I put it the question up and I had gotten responses from two contributors, Colin Holgate and kglad. Yesterday Colin Holgate asked if was able to put a 'sample problem' on line anywhere. I asked for a suggestion and haven't heard back from either one. Today, I was looking for some answers when I came across my original posting and someone has put 'correct answer' on every single entry on my query - not just the answers but on my questions. How does that give you any feed back.

Hi  I have several UN used posts i would like deleted if someone could tell me how or do it for me that would be great.  I only want to delete the ones that Have had 0 Replies from other members.  Thanks

Will whichever mod or admin is _still_ marking pages of old threads as correct, refrain from doing so.  You must surely have noticed that doing this bumps those treads to the top of page one, thus pushing unanswered threads so far back, they are unlikely to be answered.  Can you see how this is both unhelpful, and obstructive?Anyone falling foul of this practice, should bump their own thread back to the top of page one.

I had a recent forum post go into moderation; only briefly, so it’s no big deal. But, how can I learn what causes forum posts to go to moderation, in order to avoid it in the future? Thank you.

Today I received a pop-up form for a forum survey, but the "Next" button to get started doesn't work.

When I click to reply to a message, it takes a VERY LONG TIME for the reply screen to show... seems to be a general slowdownBefore the actual reply screen opens, a "tiny" screen shows for several seconds... I've never seen this before today

Hi,I have two saved document which have been converted from word, documents have been converted as secure documents but with the option to allow inserting, deleting and rotation of pages.My client needs to be able to insert these documents into his own report but keeps getting the message;"The file *.* is protected. It cannot be used for this command"Is there any way I can send secured documents that allows for the end user to combine/merge into another document?

クレジットカードの残高不足で引き落としができませんでした。その後残高を増やして、ログイン後に「支払い方法を編集」画面でカード情報を更新して保存しようとすると「請求先住所が無効です」というエラーが表示されてしまい、カード情報の更新ができません。Creative Cloudの支払い猶予期間があと１日しかありません。どうすればよいでしょうか。

PC上で流れる動画をquick timeで録画はできたのですがとても重いのです。２時間ある講座なので録画すると１G以上します。場合によっては２Gになります。学生の時期が終わるとみれなくなってしまいますので保存したいのです。これを圧縮したり、画質を落とすことで小さく USB等に保存することのできるアドビのアプリケーション、ソフトは存在しますか？教えてください。

dobeCreativeCloudに12ヶ月版メンバーシップ（学生版）を購入して引き換えコードを入力し、更新プランの条件の承諾をクリックする前に間違えてタブを閉じてしまいました。（その後引き換えコードをもう一度入力しても、もう使用されていますと言われてしまいました）引き換えコードに関するヘルプのCreative Cloud、Acrobat DCの手順３の所で閉じてしまいました。この続きからするにはどうしたら良いのでしょうか？とても困っています。

23時ころオンラインでillustrator単体プランを注文しました．すぐに使いたいのですがどうしたらよいでしょうか．注文時に出てきた30日無料体験版のようなページを誤って消してしまいました．お金を振り込んでいなくても30日無料体験版ならすぐに使えるのでしょうか？

Creative Cloud メンバーシップ (年間プラン 月々払い)‎を使用しています。 「サブスクリプションを更新する」が繰り返されアプリケーションが起動せず困っています。現状IllustratorまたはPhotoshopを起動すると、Adobe Application Manager が起動し「サブスクリプションを更新する」という表示される。右下にある「再試行」をクリックすると「ご利用ありがとうございます。サブスクリプションは現在有効です。」という表示と、右下に「続行」が表示される。「続行」をクリックしても、再び Adobe Application Manager が起動され、「サブスクリプションを更新する」と表示される。何度やっても同じ状態。一通りの対処法は実行済みです。解決方法を教えて下さい。

新しいPCを購入と同時にイラレCC12ヵ月版メンバーシップを28245円で購入、開封後設定途中（カードキー入力後、来年の請求画面が強制的に出たので入力中）で画面が消えてしまいました。その後ログインしようと試みたらパスワードが違うと言われ、よくみたらアドレスが一文字間違って登録されていて、メールを受け取る事ができません。正しいアドレスで新たなパスワードで登録しましたが、もうカードキー入れる画面とか出てこないし、購入店に聞いたら先に登録がどこまで認証されているのかわからないからサポートセンターで聞くしかないと言われましたが、急ぎ使いたいので購入したのに・・途方に暮れています。

昨年8月よりキャンペーンでCreative Cloud単体サブスクリプション - Illustrator (年間プラン 月々払い)‎を980円で契約毎月1,058円支払いしていました。ですが来月の支払いが2,354円と倍以上になっていて驚愕しています。なぜでしょうか...。

一度、管理者でログインし解約したいライセンスを解除しましたが、（このライセンスを削除する場合は、カスタマーサポートにお問い合わせください。）解約というかたちにはなっていないようで、このまま放置し更新期日になれば解約となるのか（）の問い合わせ等により「ライセンス解約」をしなければいけないのか、対処方法がわかりません。ご教授願います。　ちなみに更新期日は今年の１１月です。

@現在windows10を利用しています。アカデミック版のフォトグラフィプラン（１２か月）を学校でカードのものを購入し、コードの引き換えを行ったはずなのですがアカウントには反映されておらず、photoshopもlightroomも使うことが出来ません。もしかしたら上手くコードの引き換えが行われていないのかもしれないと思いもう一度引き換えコードを入力したのですが、「このコードは既に利用されています」と表示されます。ちなみにIDは一つしかありません。情けないことですが考えられる原因としては三週間ほど前にコンビニ決済でフォトグラフィプランを購入した後、郵便が届かなかったためそのまま決済を行わず放置しているということがあります。どうすればフォトグラフィプランを利用できますでしょうか。

以前Creative Cloudを利用していましたが、10ヶ月も立っているため、新規の注文が必要ということでした。Creative Cloudの12ヶ月版メンバーシップを持っているため、それを使ってコード登録したいのですが、どのように手続きすれば良いですか？以下のリンクを参照しましたが、ログイン後説明のようなコード入力画面になりません。また、説明内のリンク（ステップ1）に飛んだ場合は説明のコード入力画面に行きますが、コード入力、確認の所で「この情報の処理中にエラーが発生しました。」になります。どうしたらよいでしょうか。ソフトウェアダウンロードカードの有効化について

I thought I was posting a question about the DC reader to the proper forum, and it turns out I was posting it to the Acrobat reader forum.Printing of PDFs shows slurred ink and missing graphics Can someone (a forum moderator) please move it to the DC reader forum? That way, I can be more likely to get an answer to it. I tried moving it myself, but only saw links to mobile devices for the DC reader forum, so I just left my thread where it still is.

Can someone enlighten me about why I occasionally get a message that my comments are being moderated? It doesn't happen all the time and I can't identify anything that would indicate why. My comments are almost always approved but occasionally I get a notification that it was rejected and almost immediately another notification it was approved. Today I was notified a comment was approved, then rejected, then approved again.
