How do I file a complaint with adobe?I am incredibly frustrated and appalled at the customer service I have received whilst attempting to resolve a lost serial number. My hard drive became faulty and I had to replace it. Whilst trying to reinstall my educational copy of CS6 I realised I had lost my serial number.I contacted Adobe and was told to provide proof of purchase. I received my copy of CS6 through my Disabled Student Allowance, which means it was purchased on my behalf by a funding body and brought from a specialist company (Invate). I have contacted both establishments and all the documents they could provide me with where an invoice and a quote for the equipment. I have also provided my proof of eligibility at the time and the university email address the serial number would have been sent to.I first contacted adobe customer service on the 9th of February, three of my cases have been withdrawn without any contact or explanation. Live Support 24x7(User) I was contacted and scammed by this person. The user didn't show until I copied and pasted this in another thread. I know now how to check but I didn't last week. Skype has terminated the fake Adobe Help Skype ID they were using. PayPay is getting me my money back. Apple Care helped me remove the spy ware and malware that was downloaded with a bootleg copy of Elements 13 as well,  that copy  when opened generated and stored bits and piece of some kind of  software.  This person both emailed and PM'd me I did not give them my email address.  When the emailed they used the Adobe help 24/7 icon.

I would like to know why You Tube has been given permission to over ride my Flash player. They have forced a HTML5 player on top of my Adobe player, and I cannot figure out how to toss them back where they belong. This player they have shoved down my throat is far from adequate for my tastes. I much prefer my Adobe.L

After signing into my Adobe Communities account, how do I find a list of the questions that I have previously asked on forums.adobe.com.  For example, View Profile > Activity only displays one question in my account (though I have asked more).  Thanks.

Hi,According to my profile, I last logged in on 02 May 2015 - what happened to February, March & April.I also get a load of rubbish if I look at my Inbox & Activity from the drop down.Anybody else see this?Brian

Tried to change my avatar, but the new image I uploaded has a "pending" tag over it, and can't be selected. Foolishly, I thought deleting my current avatar image might "shake it loose" but of course it didn't, so I re-uploaded that image and now they are both marked "pending" and can't be selected. It seems obvious that the "pending" status is intended to be a temporary state, probably a product of measures to prevent people from using obscene images and so forth, but it's been days now, and I suspect my two uploaded images will remain in the pending state until someone on the other end intervenes. Perhaps there's some feature that has yet to be brought online following the recent upgrade.Can someone please investigate? Thanks.

The error on these forums has returned.  Presumably because it is Saturday so the attacks must have begun or it is just my browser Firefox because I manged to post a reply using IE 11.The error is as shown in this picture:I can log in but can't post because the system can't validate as it coming from SBS application.  I don't know what SBS application is so somebody can enlighten us here.As I said I managed to post using another browser so not a big deal for now.

the forum speed to around zilch.On some occasions - although these are very rare - the speed of the forums is approaching a third rate Middle African site that uses century old servers connected over dial-up modems, but most of the time it is even slower with the Adobe forums.I know you have no intentions to improve the speed of the forums, because why spend money on something as stupid as forums now that Technical Support is almost non-existent.Why don't you close the forums altogether? You have your rental income, so why spend time and money on something that vaguely resembles something called user support.When are you going to pull the plug?

I spend a fair amount of time on the forums answering questions. My usual workflow is to open something like the After Effects > Discussions then hold down the Cmnd key to open threads in a new window. This is now completely broken. The new tab opens but you get this message:If you copy a link from a discussion and paste it in a new browser window or even the current browser window you get the same thing. Even if you open a thread and copy and paste the url for that thread in a new window or tab you get the same error. This is happening on all 3 machines that have upgraded to Safari 8.0.2 but it didn't start on December 14 when I ran the update, it started today. Something changed on the server today, January 5, 2015, that is causing this problem. The problem does not exist on Google Chrome or Firefox.I hope this can be resolved. Safari is my go to browser and I don't want to start using Firefox or Chrome for anything but compatibility testing.If you have Safari try copying and past

I just can't even get in. I click and click and click on "Ask the Community," and, nothing happens. This has been going on for weeks.

I purchased CS6 Web Design Premium at my college last spring and now they switched from Dreamweaver to Muse.  I need to find out where to purchase Muse CS6.  I do NOT want to use CC for to many reasons to list.
