保存したデータを開きなおすとフォントが置き換わっている

現状、29.5以降の不具合、ということの扱いになっています。

よって、修正されるまではバージョンを落として対応することになりそうです。

（ベータ版では修正されているようですが）

７月中？に修正版がリリースされるようなので、問題の起らない29.4までダウングレードして待ちたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

Thanks so much for sharing all the details. This issue can happen if the Morisawa font isn't properly installed or activated on your system when reopening the file, which causes the font to get replaced and the text to become garbled. Please make sure the font is fully installed and activated on all your PCs through your font management tool or Adobe Fonts if available. Also, check that there are no duplicate font files that might be conflicting.

You can try signing out and back into the Creative Cloud Desktop app to re-sync the fonts. I'd also recommend clearing the font cache and then testing again. Reference: https://adobe.ly/3GdRQ5u.

Once you've checked and corrected the font installation, try opening the file again to see if the problem still occurs.

If the art file is an Illustrator .AI file or a .PDF file you might be able to import the logo artwork into a new document using the Place command. The Link box needs to be checked when using the Place command. When the artwork is placed you can use the Flatten Transparency dialog box to convert the live fonts in the artwork to outlines.
