Media Encorderにてエンコードをすると字幕、音声のチェンネル（多重音声）が消える

こんにちは、今回このサイトを初めて利用させていただきます。宜しくお願いします。なぜかメディアエンコーダーのフォーラムが見当たらないためこちらに投稿させていただきます。表題の通りなのですが、動画自体に字幕、音声が複数あるのですがh264→h265へエンコードしようと思い実施しましたが字幕が消えてしまいます。字幕をどのように反映すればよいのか全くわかりません。簡単に説明出来る方もしいましたらご協力いただきたいです。

Hi,

Did you create the captions yourself in Premiere Pro? Or did you create them elsewhere and then imported them into Premiere Pro?

Did you make sure you have enabled captions on export from the Export Settings window?
