「トランスポートコントロール」の部分の表示が消えているように見えますので、添付していただいた画像の右の方（「フル画質」の右隣）にあるレンチ型のアイコン（設定ボタン）を押していただき、もし「トランスポートコントロールを表示」にチェックが入っていませんでしたらチェックを入れていただくと表示されるのではないかなと思います。
