動画編集で停止ボタンを押すと画面が乱れる

MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)で動画編集をする際、
停止ボタンを押すと画面が乱れてしまいます。
対処法を教えて欲しいです。

こんばんは、narunaruさん ＞停止ボタンを押すと画面が乱れてしまいます。推定ですが、「プログラムモニター」上で「右クリック」（Windows）または「 Ctrl＋クリック（推定です）」（Mac）し、開いたメニューから「一時停止時の解像度」が「1/2」または「1/4」が選択されていませんか。その場合は、「フル画質」を選択します。
